Since MutliVersus is a free-to-play brawler, many things can be earned just by playing or by leveling up the battle pass. Of those free things, you can earn characters. Some new characters like Agent Smith from The Matrix are appearing at a later date. However you can unlock Agent Smith early on MultiVersus, and we’ll show you how that’s done. MultiVersus: How to unlock Agent Smith If you want to go the old-fashioned way, you have to play the waiting game because he is a post-launch character. But to get him at launch, you’re going to have to do a lot more than unlocking Arya Stark. To unlock Agent Smith, play on the PVE Rift mode. This was not in the Open Beta and is entirely new.
