Andrew McCarthy did a Hulu documentary about the Brat Pack, which consists of today’s star actors when they were much younger. It was not necessarily a reunion, as Andrew had to meet each of them across varying locations to conduct interviews. Andrew was lucky to meet some cast members who gladly shared their experiences with him for the short film. However, Molly Ringwald and Judd Nelson were noticeably absent from the movie save for throwback clips, for reasons Andrew eventually shared. He told Entertainment Tonight about the changes that have happened over the years, with a few members of the Brat Pack disconnecting and moving farther from each other. Molly and Judd did not consent to the conversation but only featured in archival footage from way back. Interestingly, the group hated the term “Brat Pack” because it made them appear like unserious happy-go-lucky young people without true talent.
