PROOF CROWDS OF PEOPLE ARE SCREAMING to police and secret service "theres a man on the roof" for over 2 minutes before the shots happen. Go ahead and try to tell me this was all just a "security mistake" when entire groups of average Americans spotted the threat and alerted the security services for over 2 MINUTES with no response or them securing the roof. 1000% proof this was ALLOWED.
