Erin lost custody of Dylan due to substance abuse issues, which also explains her estrangement from Carol. The 55-year-old now claims to be sober, presenting the courts with drug test results and a statement to express her remorse. Interestingly, Jodi is no stranger to this position, as she reportedly served as Britney Spears’ conservator in the past.
