Zakk Sabbath announces tour with Maiden and Zeppelin cover bands
The longtime Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Zakk Wylde formed 10 years ago the group Zakk Sabbath, which is a Black Sabbath cover band, basically, which tours playing the material of the band that created Heavy Metal. Wylde plays the guitar and sings the songs and the trio also has Rob "Blasko" Nicholson on bass (Also Ozzy's bassist) and Joey Castillo on drums (Danzig, QOSTA).
Now the group announced a North American tour called "King of the Monstours" which features the tribute bands ZOSO (Led Zeppelin tribute), The Iron Maidens (All-female Iron Maiden tribute).

Back in 2020 the trio released an EP called “Vertigo”, which recreated the groundbreaking Black Sabbath self-titled debut album released in 1970. They recently also released the album "Greatest Riffs", featuring their version for the songs they think have Sabbath's greatest guitar riffs. Zakk Wylde first joined Ozzy’s band in 1987 and stayed until 1992, being part of session work in 1995. He came back to tour in 1998 and then from 2001 to 2009. Since 2017 he reunited with Ozzy, who is not being able to tour now due to his health.
