Arrest Made in North Omaha Motorcycle Club Shooting
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Police made an arrest Thursday in connection to a fatal shooting outside a North Omaha motorcycle club earlier this month.
Darnell Long, Jr., 27, was arrested and booked into jail on one count of first-degree murder and one count of using a weapon to commit a felony.
The charges stem from the Oct. 6 incident that left 37-year-old Alexander Whitcomb dead and another woman injured.
Police patrolling the area came across a disturbance near 25th Street and Ames Avenue, where “hundreds” were running from a scene with multiple people exchanging gunfire outside the Los-Diablos Motorcycle Club.
