A superfan and entrepreneur Behman Zakeri bought the Goonies house in 2022 for $1.65 million, after working overtime and saving aggressively to jump on the next sale. Now that his dream has come true, Zakeri is worried about his neighbors as fans keep visiting. The historical house located in Astoria, Oregon, is a hotspot for Goonies fans, some of whom take trips to make it there.
