Treyarch is bringing Black Ops 6’s removed XP tokens back after player backlash

Treyarch is bringing the legacy XP tokens it removed back to Black Ops 6 after widespread player backlash. The developer swiftly added, and then removed, XP tokens from previous Call of Duty games with the start of BO6 Season 1 earlier this week, and almost all of the community was up in arms over the experience rewards being taken away. Treyarch has also clarified that the legacy XP tokens initially came from a glitch, and explained why they had to be removed from Black Ops 6.
