I used mushrooms & asparagus adding a little butter, salt & pepper. -Prebake crust 10 minutes in pie pan -Add sautéed mix. Then, add layers shredded cheese of choice -Pour 6 eggs (Beaten) with cream/milk I didn’t measure…? -Add another layer of shredded cheese ? -Bake for 35-40 minutes.
