Not ONLY Babylonian and not Only Talmud. Torah too. Torah is corrupted, since "Hashem“ is portrayed as being rather vicious and vengeful. He prefers Jacob over his twin brother Esau. Jacob who was a schemer, liar and a thief. He deceived his father and stole the inheritance from his twin brother. He basically was a conman and a fraud who drank wine and preferred to socialise with womenfolk rather than engaging in outdoor labor or hunting. And all the talk about the "chosen people“ is not very godly. So the Torah too, is corrupt. That is why Jesus came with the revelation.
