Note - You are allowed to take photos and video of anyone and anything that is in a public space.. that would also include the police and even King Charles if he happened to be passing by. If Police enter your private property without your consent or a signed warrant, you have both, the lawful and legally right to ask them to leave immediately for trespassing! Ask for a senior constable to be present immediately.. and if one is present, and they don’t abide by your lawful rights, make sure you tell them that you shall be pressing charges.. and from that point on...exercise your right to remain silent!
