Hitting the road. This morning, Jon Pardi announced his headlining 2025 Honkytonk Hollywood Tour, which will kick off in Lubbock, Texas in April and run through June finishing up in Bend, Oregon. He is bringing along Corey Kent and Kassie Ashton as openers, and a portion of ticket sale proceeds from the tour benefit the newly established Starlight Fund. Founded with his wife Summer Pardi, the Starlight Fund supports organizations dedicated to providing opportunities and resources specific to young people in need that are pursuing a path in the trades, agriculture and construction. Pardi shared the news in a post on Instagram, saying he also has "new music coming next year," which fans will be excited to hear: "Have a lot coming for you guys in 2025… First, we have the 'Honkytonk Hollywood Tour' with Corey Kent and Kassi Ashton! Presale starts tomorrow for fans on my email and text list + general on sale starts this Friday 12/6 at 10am local time. New music coming next year!" Tickets will go on sale this Friday, December 6th. https://www.instagram.com/p/DDKLbzNuFSL/ This year, Pardi toured overseas quite a bit as part of his Mr. Saturday Night world tour, and he put out a new song in "Friday Night Heartbreaker" in September. His latest full-length studio album Mr. Saturday Night was released in 2022, so I know fans are more than ready for some new tunes from the California cowboy. He and his wife, Summer, have welcomed tow little girls over the last couple years, so he's been busy at home adjusting to life as a dad, but it sounds like he's ready to kick it back into full gear in 2025. Pardi burst onto the scene with his 2016 California Sunrise album, which included hits like "Head Over Boots," "Heartache on the Dance Floor," "She Ain't in It" and "Night Shift." It definitely felt like something was missing this year without much new music from Pardi, so I'm excited to see what he's cooked up in the studio next year.
