The “Car Sized Drones over New Jersey” story is NOT going away… In fact, it’s only getting stranger by the day. I originally brought you this report one week ago: “Mainstream Media” Reporting “Car-sized Drones” In The Skies For Weeks In New Jersey; FBI Involved Since then, I've held off on bringing any updates because it was becoming increasingly stranger by the day. But now I've gathered enough information that I want to bring you an update on where we currently stand. Let me start off by explaining the key part in all of this that really has my attention the most, and that is the fact that everyone seems completely uninterested in, or incapable of, really getting to the bottom of this. In every other instance, the Feds swoop in and take control, but not here. No, the best they can do here is just make the occasional statement but then say they're letting local law enforcement handle it. Oh really? Since when has that ever happened? Never? I'll show you what I mean in just a minute. The other thing that really has my interest piqued is that no one is flat out denying it or saying they're just airplanes, like has traditionally happened in all of history. Why not just ignore it or say they're just airplanes? Because apparently they can't do that for some reason. Here's more, from the Associated Press: The White House said Thursday that a review of the reported sightings shows that many of them are actually manned aircraft being flown lawfully. White House National Security spokesman John Kirby said there were no reported sightings in any restricted airspace. He said the U.S. Coast Guard has not uncovered any foreign involvement from coastal vessels. “We have no evidence at this time that the reported drone sightings pose a national security or a public safety threat, or have a foreign nexus,” Kirby said, echoing statements from the Pentagon and New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy. In a joint statement issued Thursday afternoon, the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security said they and their federal partners, in close coordination with the New Jersey State Police, “continue to deploy personnel and technology to investigate this situation and confirm whether the reported drone flights are actually drones or are instead manned aircraft or otherwise inaccurate sightings.” The agencies said they have not corroborated any of the reported sightings with electronic detection, and that reviews of available images appear to show many of the reported drones are actually manned aircraft. “There are no reported or confirmed drone sightings in any restricted air space,” according to the statement. The drones appear to avoid detection by traditional methods such as helicopter and radio, according to a state lawmaker briefed Wednesday by the Department of Homeland Security. The number of sightings has increased in recent days, though officials say many of the objects seen may have been planes rather than drones. It’s also possible that a single drone has been reported more than once. The worry stems partly from the flying objects initially being spotted near the Picatinny Arsenal, a U.S. military research and manufacturing facility, and over President-elect Donald Trump’s golf course in Bedminster. In a post on the social media platform X, Assemblywoman Dawn Fantasia described the drones as up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) in diameter and sometimes traveling with their lights switched off. Drones are legal in New Jersey for recreational and commercial use but are subject to local and Federal Aviation Administration regulations and flight restrictions. Operators must be FAA certified. Most, but not all, of the drones spotted in New Jersey appeared to be larger than those typically used by hobbyists. Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey said he was frustrated by the lack of transparency, saying it could help spread fear and misinformation. “We should know what’s going on over our skies,” he said Thursday. John Duesler, president of the Pennsylvania Drone Association, said witnesses may be confused about what they are seeing, especially in the dark, and noted it’s hard to know the size of the drones or how close they might be. “There are certainly big drones, such as agricultural drones, but typically they are not the type you see flying around in urban or suburban spaces,” Duesler said Thursday. Joe Biden has just made history again…. And once again not for good reasons. WLT Report had more details: It seems that in lieu of faithfully executing the Office of President, or preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution (as the Presidential Oath of Office states, taken straight from the Constitution), Biden is settling for the optics of a “merciful god” — and by “god”, in this case I mean lawless tyrant. It isn’t so much that he is pardoning and extending clemency to certain people; though that is part of the issue. In a gesture which I suppose may be intended to steal some of the thunder from the expansive pardon he granted his own son, Biden pardoned 39 and commuted the sentences of approximately 1,500 people today in one fell swoop. And he’s not done yet! Biden is planning on passing out even more pardons and extending even more clemencies before he exits the White House. But he has already issued the single greatest number of clemencies in American history, according to Fox News: President Biden has commuted jail sentences for nearly 1,500 people and granted 39 pardons, marking the largest single-day act of clemency in modern history, the White House announced Thursday morning. Sentences were commuted for inmates placed on home confinement during the COVID-19 pandemic and who “have successfully reintegrated into their families and communities,” according to the announcement. The 39 individuals pardoned were convicted of non-violent crimes, the White House said. “The President has issued more sentence commutations at this point in his presidency than any of his recent predecessors at the same point in their first terms,” White House officials said in a statement. Biden hinted that he plans to make more pardons an celemencies before he leaves office. “I will take more steps in the weeks ahead. My Administration will continue reviewing clemency petitions to advance equal justice under the law, promote public safety, support rehabilitation and reentry, and provide meaningful second chances,” Biden said. Thursday’s pardons come as the president faces bipartisan criticism for pardoning his son, Hunter, of felony gun and tax charges. For someone who spends half his time complaining that President Trump may pardon those Americans rolled up by the Biden Department of Justice and labeled J6 insurrectionists, Biden certainly has an affinity for extending both pardons and clemency! At least those 39 people he pardoned had been convicted of nonviolent crimes. But it’s a shame to have a President — the ranking Executive of the Executive Branch — more focused on pardoning and commuting sentences than enforcing the law to begin with. Horowitz on Thursday released his highly anticipated report on the FBI’s Handling of its Confidential Human Sources and Intelligence Collection Efforts in the Lead Up to the Jan. 6, 2021 Electoral Certification. “Today’s report also details our findings regarding FBI CHSs who were in Washington, D.C., on January 6,” the report states. “Our review determined that none of these FBI CHSs was authorized by the FBI to enter the Capitol or a restricted area or to otherwise break the law on January 6, nor was any CHS directed by the FBI to encourage others to commit illegal acts on January 6.” The report revealed that the FBI had a minor supporting role in responding on Jan. 6, 2021 — largely because the event was not deemed at the highest security level by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). One of the three confidential human sources tasked by the FBI to attend the rally entered the Capitol building, while the other two entered the restricted area around the Capitol. If a confidential human source is directed to be at a certain event, they are paid by the FBI for their time. “One FBI field office tasked a CHS to travel to DC to report on the activities of a predicated domestic terrorism subject who was separately planning to travel to DC for the January 6 Electoral Certification; a second FBI field office tasked a CHS to travel to DC to potentially report on two domestic terrorism (DT) subjects from another FBI field office who were planning to travel to DC for the events of January 6; and a third CHS, who had informed their handling agent that they intended to travel to DC on their own initiative for the events of January 6, was similarly tasked by their field office to potentially report on two DT subjects from other FBI field offices who were planning to travel to DC for the events of January 6,” the report states. Horowitz stressed that no sources were encouraged or authorized by the FBI to enter the Capitol or any restricted area and stressed that they were not encouraged or authorized to commit any illegal acts. Twenty-three of the confidential human sources present on Jan. 6 came to Washington, D.C., to the Capitol on their own. Of that group, three entered the Capitol during the riot, and an additional 11 sources entered the restricted area around the Capitol. But Horowitz said that investigators “found no evidence in the materials we reviewed or the testimony we received showing or suggesting that the FBI had undercover employees in the various protest crowds, or at the Capitol, on January 6.” As for reimbursements to confidential human sources, Horowitz stated that at least one was “reimbursed” for their travel, even though that CHS “was only tasked with attending the Inauguration and not the electoral certification on January 6.” The FBI, reacting to Horowitz’s report Thursday, said the bureau “did not have primary responsibility for intelligence collection or event security on January 6 but nonetheless ‘recognized the potential for violence and took significant and appropriate steps to prepare forthis supporting role.’ Further, the Report includes the OIG’s analysis regarding the FBI’s use of confidential human sources (CHSs), and concludes that no FBI CHSs ‘were authorized to enter the Capitol or a restricted area or to otherwise break the law on January 6, nor was any CHS directed by the FBI to encourage others to commit illegal acts on January 6.’” Please share.
