A.F. Branco Cartoon – In Loving Arms

A.F. Branco Cartoon – The Star Tribune is obviously biased in favor of Kamala Harris and running mate Tim Walz in their reporting. Most, if not all, articles are primarily puff pieces. It’s quite different than the negative hit pieces they do on Trump.   DONATE to A.F. Branco Cartoons – Tips accepted and appreciated – $1.00 – $5.00 – $25.00 – $50.00 – it all helps to fund this website and keep the cartoons coming. Also Venmo @AFBranco – THANK YOU! A.F. Branco has taken his two greatest passions (art and politics) and translated them into cartoons that have been popular all over the country in various news outlets, including NewsMax, Fox News, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, and “The Washington Post.” He has been recognized by such personalities as Rep. Devin Nunes, Dinesh D’Souza, James Woods, Chris Salcedo, Sarah Palin, Larry Elder, Lars Larson, Rush Limbaugh, and President Trump.

25 Shot, At Least 4 Dead in Five Points South, Alabama

Potentially twenty-five people were injured, four shot, and killed in Five Points South, Alabama. It sounds like a hit, possible gang activity. Police don’t know if it was a drive-by or the killers were on foot. “When you lock into a number, that number typically changes,” Spokesperson Officer Fitzgerald said. “We’re not going to lock […] The post 25 Shot, At Least 4 Dead in Five Points South, Alabama appeared first on www.independentsentinel.com.

Precious: “The First Time Our Foster Dog Played With A Toy”

One dog mom caught the sweetest footage of her foster pup playing with a toy for the first time in his new home, and her video is too adorable for words! Isabel Klee had recently taken in Twinkle, a small pooch with some very big behavioral issues. However, with love, patience, and lots of treats, this woman eventually won the little guy over. Now, he’s learning to enjoy life to the fullest! At the beginning of the clip, it seemed like this foster dog was very interested in his first toy, but he had no idea what to do with it. Twinkle simply stood there, wide-eyed, holding the plushy in his mouth for a while. He was wagging his tail, though, which was a good sign! @simonsits He was a little unsure at first, but he got it @Muddy Paws Rescue ♬ A Gentle Sunlight – James Quinn Mom tried encouraging the bewildered pup with soothing words. “Twinkle, I love your toy,” she said, later adding, “It’s a really good one.” Eventually, Twinkle laid down with the plushy and began to chew on it. Despite his initial reluctance, this dog started going to town on his first toy! Isabel was so proud of him. “He was a little unsure at first, but he got it,” she wrote in the caption of her video. Twinkle might be a little too good at playing with his toys now… In a later video, this dog’s foster mom shared that Twinkle got even better at playing with his toys after his first experience. In fact, he’s mastered the art of ripping the stuffing out of his favorite plushies! @simonsits I love watching Twinkle’s silly side come out @Muddy Paws Rescue ♬ Simplicity – Jon Steinmeier According to an earlier post, it wasn’t easy to get Twinkle to come out of his shell. At first, this pooch was extremely defensive. He wouldn’t allow his new mom to get too close to his crate, even if she offered him food. However, Isabel eventually figured out the secret to earning this little dog’s trust: cheese! Despite the pup’s fear, this was one delicacy he just couldn’t pass up. @simonsits One day at a time, sweet boy @Muddy Paws Rescue ♬ original sound – Song-_- Twinkle has made so much progress since first moving into his foster home. It’s amazing how a dog’s personality can change when they’re in a safe and loving space! You can find the source of this story’s featured image here. New Orleans Busker Jams Out With His Pooch Perched Atop Guitar

Your favorite musician may pack stadiums, but we bet they can’t perform with a dog sitting on their guitar like this busker can! New Orleans singer Maurice McCray astounded audiences by getting his adorable pup to participate in his shows. He recently shared an incredible video of his sweet dog sitting quietly atop his guitar while he covered Tim McGraw’s Shotgun Rider. What a well-behaved pooch! In the clip, the busker was singing his heart out and strumming his guitar while his dog was perched on the instrument the entire time. Although the extra weight must have made it a little more difficult to play, Maurice didn’t miss a beat. His cover of the country song was impeccable! View this post on Instagram A post shared by Maurice McCray (@themauricemccray) Throughout his musical career, Maurice McCray has become known for a couple of things. First and foremost, he’s garnered a reputation as a fantastic singer and guitarist. Second, many also recognize him as the busker who brings his dogs on stage with him! Maurice has performed with more than one four-legged friend. That’s right; we said dogs, plural. Maurice has trained more than one of his pooches to sit on top of his guitar as he plays! There are multiple videos on his Instagram page showing a couple of different pups hanging out with the musician during his performances. In one particularly impressive clip, the busker played the trombone while holding a guitar with a small dog sitting on top! View this post on Instagram A post shared by Maurice McCray (@themauricemccray) “Yes I’ve trained multiple dogs to relax on my guitar lol,” wrote the singer in his caption. These videos aren’t Maurice McCray’s only claims to fame. Whiskey Riff tells us that this artist has also appeared on American Idol. After that, he was invited to join country star Morgan Wallen on stage in 2022. We hope this busker continues to share his talents (and his adorable dogs) with the world! Expert warns: AI could lead to human extinction

During a Senate hearing, former OpenAI board member and artificial intelligence (AI) expert Helen Toner warned about the dangers posed by emerging AI technologies. She said that advanced tools could have a serious negative impact on humanity in the coming years. Toner spoke about the difference between the perception of artificial intelligence on the East and West Coasts and emphasized the seriousness of the creation of very advanced and dangerous AI systems in the near future. She also noted that some engineers and scientists believe in the possibility of creating artificial general intelligence (AGI) systems in the next 10-20 years, and that these systems could be extremely destructive, and in the worst case, lead to human extinction. Artificial general intelligence is a field of theoretical AI research that attempts to create software with human-like intelligence and the ability to self-teach. The aim is for the software to be able to perform tasks that it is not necessarily trained or developed for. The expert called on the US government to take measures to overcome the damage from artificial intelligence and increase oversight in this area. She noted that the situation could become increasingly dire, and that we need to be prepared for changes in the field of AI. Interestingly, Toner is not the only expert in the field who believes that artificial intelligence could destroy humanity. According to a survey of AI experts conducted by the journal Nature, at least 5 percent of them believe that there is a possibility that superintelligent machines will destroy humanity. Some Reddit users commented on Toner’s words, expressing concern and agreeing with the need for measures to control AI development. However, other users pointed to other threats, such as climate change, and expressed doubts that AI should be a priority issue. Deep milsim Uboat is cheap right now, and perfect for strategy fans

Uboat is the ideal PC game. Blending genres and influences, the management sim is more than the sum of its parts. On the surface, you're controlling a submarine in the oceans of WWII, but you'll find an awful lot more as you dive deeper. Realism is key, but commanding your crew, running the ship, and completing tasks mix together into something else. Uboat's full launch is already beloved after years of Steam Early Access, and it gets even better. If you act now, you can snag the milsim at 70% off.
