Media Flips Script: Olympic Boxing Controversy Is About Pro-white Bias

by Selwyn Duke, The New American: When then-18-year-old South African runner Caster Semenya was dusting female competition in races and arousing suspicion about “her” sexual status almost a generation ago, I made a prediction: Medical tests would determine that Semenya had internal testes. Sure enough, this was the case, examination results showed upon coming to […]

Harris-Biden are ‘fiscal pyromaniacs’ that make food appear as a luxury item

by Daniel Baranowski, America Outloud: We’re drowning in the news; none of it is very good. However, no matter how much or how bad it is, we must occasionally stop and reflect on the causes behind the torrent of depressing, divisive daily news programming. If we don’t, the evil and ugly stories fueling news events […]

'Squad' Member Loses Seat After Ultimate Democratic Betrayal, And She Lost Bad

It's rare that an incumbent representative loses their seat without doing something pretty bad. In Missouri Democratic Rep. Cori Bush's case, it was a few things. On Tuesday, Bush became the second member of the so-called "squad" to lose her seat during the 2024 election cycle in a primary. With...

Bird Lands on Reporter’s Head and Startles Her Moments Before Going on Air

A bird lands on a reporter’s hair moments before she goes live on air and it startles her. Today, there are an endless amount of news outlets. Some of them are on TV, others are online only while some outlets may do a combination of both. Not only do the outlets differ in how they communicate their news, but also in what they cover. Whatever your interest may be, there is guaranteed to be a news website that reports on that field of interest or topic. RELATED: They Asked Sports Reporter Mark Woodley to Cover Weather in a Blizzard with Hilarious Results With so many news outlets, reporters are needed to fill those positions. One of the more obvious beats for a reporter is politics. Typically this includes covering the president of the United States and the goings on at the White House. Bird Lands on Reporters Head One woman, NewsNation's White House reporter Kellie Meyer, was set to give her daily report, moments away from going on air when she encountered an unexpected visitor. Kellie actually had a bird that landed on her head. RELATED: News Reporter Went Viral with Hilarious ‘Reports,' but Here's the Amazing Way It Changed Her Life It’s clear from the look on her face that Kellie was more than a little startled by the animal's unplanned stop atop her cranium. She ducks down slightly as her eyes go wide. After the bird makes momentary contact with Kellie's noggin, it flies away, possibly to find someone else to land on. Somehow, she was able to laugh off the encounter, keep her cool and go on TV to give her report as planned. I didn't know at the time what kind of bird, what size, anything like that, but I was just making sure it wasn't coming back." Reporters are often sent to some of the most dangerous places on Earth, putting themselves in danger to get the story. But who knew that reporting at the White House could result in a bird attack? Proverbs 17:22 "A glad heart makes a healthy body, but a crushed spirit makes the bones dry."
