I received the following information from a colleague, who has contributed his thoughts and conclusions on various subjects in the past. I will refer to him as 'André in France':"Dear Lon and possible readers,Responding to your invitation to suggest any explanation about the apparitions of flying entities in Chicago, I shall try to resume my knowledge about this complex subject. What follows may seem unbelievable and even unsettling to many people.The present civilisation lives in a materialistic environment, which is commonly referred to as 3D (third dimensional). More fundamental then the word “dimension”, I would call it “consciousness level”. No doubt more and more people today are convinced that there is indeed some sort of life after life and subsequently higher levels of consciousness, which I shall concisely refer to as 4D, 5D, etc. Traditionally an unassailable barrier stood between dogmatic establishment science and spirituality, but it is breaking down today with the advent of quantum physics and string theory.It is said that our body has a soul but it is the opposite; our immortal human soul possesses a temporary body. When the body dies, the soul moves up to the forth level of consciousness (4D). In 3D we live with the notion of linear time – past, present, future – which is an illusion. When in 4D we escape the limits of time. We then perceive the reality of reincarnation: our supposed “past lives” are all simultaneous but our 3D limitation forces us to live only one life within one body at a time. It also prevents our access to higher knowledge and understanding.Let me recall a familiar comparison. Yet a few centuries ago men thought that the Earth was flat. They did not dare sail very far out at sea for fear of falling over the edge of the world. Their concept of the “world” did not allow them to imagine that the shortest way from one point to the next could be anything but a straight line, since a notion such as a rhumb line (great circle) is linked to that of a spherical world.Such are we in 3D, but entities living in 4D (or higher) are able to see the true nature of life in 3D. They are also capable of inter-dimensional travel, i.e. through our time and space, which implies that they may appear from our past or our future! Such is most probably the case with the Chicago batman, but also with most of the numerous apparitions throughout the world (including that of the French “beast of Gévaudan” mentioned in one of your earlier posts). More importantly such is also the case with the “Short Greys”, to which I shall come back farther.This leads to matters of higher importance, namely the origins of mankind, the passing of civilisations and cosmic cycles.Genesis such as written in the Bible is the first and foremost misinformation and conditioning of human 3D consciousness. It is an allegory disguising genetic manipulations of an original spiritually connected human (Namlù’u in Sumerian) by invading reptilian ETs. Semitic scholars while under Byzantine domination composed biblical Genesis on the basis of Sumerian tablets and engravings. But, as everyone knows, history is always written by or for the benefit of the victors.Back to what I wrote to you in October 2011, the reference to this is usually limited to Zecharia Sitchin’s popular writings. But he is not altogether reliable (for ex. his statement about the so-called “Nibiru” is a misinterpretation of the Egyptian Neb-Heru). I rather recommend three authors, better educated than the popular ones usually mentioned. First and foremost Anton Parks who, despite the apparent English name, is a Frenchman. His exegesis and interpretation of the Sumerian hieroglyphs is probably the most thorough and reliable ever, as testifies the comprehensive references in the footnotes of his books. Second is the late Laurence Gardner: http://www.graal.co.uk/. His book "Genesis of the Grail Kings" is a must. Third is Laura Knight Jadczyk: The Wave series.I shall try to summarize this very wide and complex subject.The reptilian race Gina-abul and especially among these the invading warring males Annuna are responsible for our present DNA. The females Amasutum kept the secret of genetics. The Annuna stole the secret and forced them to manipulate our DNA so as to make humans their slaves and source of nourishment. (This is clearly the origin of the subjugating of women in most religions).The human soul is endowed with two possible opposite lines of evolution which exist in the Universe in the conscience of the Creator: *Service to Self* (StS) or *Service to Others* (StO). As for the difference between the two, their very names are self-explanatory. As a consequence of reptilian manipulation, only StS is available within the limits of life in 3D. However the Amasutum secretly included a key in our genes which would allow us to evolve towards the state StO. This is probably the hidden function of what we call “trash DNA”. Within our deepest consciousness we know that StO behaviour exists, that it is the only way out of the 3D matrix and -beyond 4D - the only access to 5D and farther on our eternal journey towards the Source of Life.We are endowed with free will, thus free to decide whether or not we intend to reach StO status, not only in 3D, but also in 4D where, after the death of our body, our choice needs to be confirmed.The “3D matrix” is the reality that has inspired the fictions of our film industry. It is the realm wherein the reptilians endeavour to keep us. In Sumerian language A-DAM means animal, cattle...! We are their cattle and source of food and therefore they are bent on preventing us to escape. The StS environment is the seat of emotions and the source of all suffering, which is the food of the reptilians. They incite us into all forms of conflicts and wars. They initiated religions, which are the main causes of wars throughout human history.Yet we have a choice because there are two opposite levels in the StS matrix. Souls in level 1 (in short StS1) are what we commonly perceive as criminals, sadists, tyrants and violent persons of all kinds. They revel as such and make no effort to proceed towards the state StO. Conversely souls in level 2 (StS2) are righteous, loving, peaceful and generally worthy persons. Consciously or instinctively they strive towards the ultimate state StO, which they know is the only path to freedom and fulfilment. This is also where the original DNA is gradually reactivated.The Universe is created and kept in equilibrium by a community of planners, the Kadistu, who are servants to the original Source. On certain occasions they send emissaries to teach humans the practice of Service to Others and show us the way to freedom. They are the Kiristi, which means “ardent sons of life” or “fish of the stars and life”. Several Kiristi have appeared since the beginning of human history. They incarnate a human body and are mostly known as prophets and saints. Christ is the one familiar to us westerners. His life and teaching have been related and transmitted through the gospels, though very imperfectly because much misunderstood by his own disciples. The religion, which he never founded, has soon become an instrument of power in the hands of Roman papacy.Two thousand years later, Christ very recently transmitted a revised and true version of his teaching to a woman who’s name is kept secret. Under dictation through clear audience she typed a series of nine letters on her computer. They have been translated in several languages. I very strongly recommend this reading. When the body dies, the soul moves up into 4D where it is confronted with all the other StS. Here they withhold their free will and are called upon to confirm their choice. Many (if not most!) StS1 realise they have taken the wrong path while in 3D and chose to fall back into another 3D life where they have the opportunity to learn more lessons and possibly proceed up towards StO the “next time”. Since linear time is an illusion, the “next time” may well be a life out of the past or the future !This is where we, in 3D, meet with apparitions. As mentioned higher, souls in 4D, whether StS1 or StS2 are free to move through time and space and may change shape. However, Universal Law forbids entities from higher dimensions to intervene openly into the lives of people in 3D. Therefore entities from 4D that manifest themselves in our 3D space infringe the Law. Yet many do so nonetheless, why now more than ever before? We shall see farther. As a clear example let us take the case of the “Short Greys”.They are not ETs; they are aliens. What is the difference ? They originate from parallel earthly vibrations. They have souls; some may be nasty but most are indifferent or even friendly. They are time travelers who sometimes use UFOs with which they travel back into space-time by changing their gravitational magnetic field. They may visit our past or even our “predestined future”. They are often to-day’s humans coming back from our future in an attempt to change their temporal involuting life line in order to live other 3D cycles with the hope of reaching StO status. They have so to speak “missed the bus to 5D” and try to catch the present one with us. They plan to achieve this thanks to advanced technology. From them we own much of our present technology. This of course is a wrong path since materialistic technology is mostly of StS nature. We today should take this as a warning and avoid making the same mistake.Short Greys are servants to the Gina-abul ETs who are, since Genesis, our reptilian jailers and predators. Reptilians have always been here; they appear rarely and stay deep underground, (cf. M. Salla: the Dulce report).What about the Chicago Batman, or Batmen, since the question is: have there been several apparitions in different places at the same time or is it a single entity showing up different times in the same neighbourhood? The answer to this depends of course on collating witness reports, which is not my concern.I feel certain that the Batman case is somehow similar to that of the Greys. They come into our space-time because it offers a unique opportunity for making up thanks to change. The nature of this change is cosmic.The solar system, which is located at about 2/3 the distance from the centre of our galaxy, orbits around the centre on a plane which stands at an angle to the median plane of the galaxy. The movement is related to the 25,920-year period of the precession of equinoxes. When our Sun passes exactly through the median plain of the galaxy we have a Transition. This brings about many changes: cataclysms of all sorts, climate changes, and an expected pole inversion. (Even though we are responsible for depletion of natural resources and pollution of the planet, major climate changes are not of our doing but, through misinformation, they serve the interests of the “military industrial complex”).But Transition modifies not only the physical environment but also the electromagnetic vibrations of life on Earth, of our psyche and spiritual consciousness. Religious persons call this Ascension. To human souls this offers a unique opportunity to accelerate their progress on the chosen course: progress towards StO or remaining in comfortable StS. But it also opens “worm holes” between dimensions facilitating the appearance in our physical space of many forms of life coming from the past or the future. This for instance explains apparitions of pterosaurs, shape-shifting entities and other strange life forms.Much more important, Transition brings about the end of our civilisation, not in so many centuries nor even decades but right now! Any human whose consciousness is not asleep is aware of this. For the same reasons the same happened with previous civilisations, the latest one being Atlantis, where from many Short Greys are very likely shipwrecked souls.This is also the opportunity taken by Christ to reaffirm his teachings, notably also because after 2,000 years our knowledge and intellectual capacities are sufficiently developed to understand him.As for the concentration in the Chicago vicinity, it may be an interesting field of research for scientists of various disciplines. What is the history of this region, the geology, the fauna, human population, etc. from recent to very ancient times? There may be a clue to discover.Conclusion:This summarises the extent of my research and knowledge, as a layman, in this vast spiritual subject. I refrain from trying to convince. I may be wrong. Two friends and their girlfriends were riding through the San Carlos Cemetery when they noticed a pair of feet sticking out of a crypt. What happens next none of them will ever forget!A reader submits their encounter account:“It happened in 1981 and it was raining, but it had stopped. My buddy and I went out and he was driving. We were in his car and we had two girls in the back seat, who we were going to drop off at a dance. So we went to San Carlos Cemetery in Monterey, California and my buddy whispered to me, 'Let's scare the girls.' I cannot get this story out of my head. I can see it plain as day. So, anyway, the lane merged...only one car can go in the lane.So, up ahead, in the headlights, we could see a pair of feet sticking out of a nearby crypt. The cemetery, for the most part, because it's an old Italian cemetery, many are buried above ground, you know, crypts, that sort of thing. And so we stopped the car, and we're like, What the heck? And we saw this girl sit up, then stand and she turns towards us and she points. We could see her clearly in the headlights. So we're like, What the heck is this? And so she starts walking towards us and getting closer...then the girl starts screaming. So my friend puts the car in reverse and, boom, we hit a crypt. Mind you, it's a very small lane to get in and out. We were doing a three-point parking space turn, not sure what to call it, and each time she's getting closer and closer.By this time, the passengers and I can see the girl more clearly. I could see that her hair was parted down the middle and it went straight, which is not a hairstyle worn in 1981. It looked more like the late 1960s hairstyle because it was parted in the middle and went straight down. But at the very front of her forehead it kind of feathered back where the hair poked out, the hair was straight back and after that, it went straight down. Well, anyway, I get freaked out when I tell this story.Here's the other thing, her dress was either white or baby blue and it blossomed down on the bottom, okay? It was really round and dirty. So, by this time, she's up by the car. The girls are screaming bloody murder. We finally get out of there and she's pointing at my buddy. So we finally get out of there and I remember specifically the girls are just screaming their heads off. And I looked over and she's standing there and she's pointing at us and we took off. So the girls, one was Caucasian and the other was Korean. The Korean girl kept saying 'Take me home! Take me home!' So we took her home and she lived about 10 miles away if that. We took her to Marina, California. She got out of the car and she was screaming. Her dad came out and he started to ask, 'What did you see? What did you see? Tell me, what you saw!' And we couldn't speak. He said, 'My daughter said you guys saw something that you shouldn't have. What did you see?' We were speechless.My buddy said we were going to take the other girl home, but her mother wasn't home. So we three went to my buddy's house. I went back over to the cemetery for several years...many nights, exactly where this girl was. There are no girls that were buried there. The people buried in that area were from the 1800s. Across the road, there's a college, so maybe somebody was playing a college prank. I thought, Okay, that could be plausible but the hairstyle and that dress were so odd. A Texas experiencer describes his encounters and possible abduction at home by Reptilian beings at the age of 8 years old. The malevolence he endured stuck deep into his psyche.The following account was submitted to me:“When I was 8 years old we lived in Houston, Texas and I saw reptilians there as a child. It was the most terrifying thing I have ever experienced. The amount of fear was worse than being stranded in the ocean on a moonless night surrounded by sharks. I woke up in the middle of the night in my room naked which was weird because I always slept with underwear and a T-shirt as a kid. I remember sensing something was in the living room and it felt very malevolent. I ran to my parents room who were both sleeping soundly and was screaming and crying for them to wake up and they would not wake up no matter how hard I tried. I just curled up into a ball between them, waiting for whatever was in the living room to leave.I almost forgot about this memory until around the year 2000, I was watching a documentary about alien abductions and they were showing pictures that small kids were drawing about their experiences with aliens. Some of the reptilian drawings by the kids looked very much like some of the pictures I used to draw as a kid and I remembered in that instant that memory. I have almost full memory recall back to 3 years old, maybe some before than. I was very interested in dinosaurs and knew almost all of them by name and even what they behaved like. I remember learning to draw and write and being able to do so with both hands because I wasn't sure if I wanted to be right or left handed. The dinosaur pictures I was drawing looked like pictures adults would make. I was always very artistic too. So most of the dinosaurs were drawn for the most part the right way, but some of the pictures I drew of dinosaurs had mean looking humanoid heads on them with sharp teeth, spikes on their heads and red eyes. It always used to make me laugh and I always wondered why I drew some of the dinosaurs that way because I knew it was not how they looked but after seeing those other kids pictures I remembered almost all of it. All but the actual picture in my mind of what they look like, but I remembered the fear, the smell and the pictures I drew were of them.I also went through a 20 year heavy depression that I could not shake no matter what I tried. A U.S. Supreme Court justice is warning Americans of the dangers of “too much law.” Ahead of the publication of his new book, “Over Ruled: The Human Toll of Too Much Law,” Justice Neil Gorsuch discussed in an interview on Sunday how an “explosion” of new laws could severely limit Americans’ freedom. “Some professors say that there are now so many federal laws on the books — crimes — that every American over the age of 18 commits one felony a day,” Gorsuch observed. The justice explained that the number of federal crimes enumerated by law has roughly doubled since the 1970s. He noted, “That just counts what’s in the code, the U.S. code passed by Congress. That’s just the tip of the iceberg because federal agencies have been busy, too,” possibly alluding to the now-dismantled Chevron doctrine, which previously allowed federal agencies to interpret federal laws contrary to U.S. courts. While the Chevron doctrine has been credited with allowing federal agencies to “overregulate” the actions of American citizens, Gorsuch also discussed the idea of conduct being “over-criminalized.” He said, “On the one hand we need laws to keep us free and safe. On the other hand, if you have too many laws, you impair those same freedoms and our aspirations for equality, too, because who can deal with a world with so much law?” He continued, “As a judge now for 18 years, I just came to see case after case in which ordinary Americans — just trying to live their lives, not hurt anybody, raise their families — who are just getting whacked by laws unexpectedly.” Gorsuch recounted that the IRS has been giving out incorrect answers on its hotline for those who wish to avoid accidentally committing tax-related crimes. When questioned on why employees were providing wrong answers “about a third of the time,” Gorsuch summarized the IRS’s response, “Well, the IRS code has just gotten so complex and there are so many new laws.” He added, “There’s been an explosion in our laws, and it’s new and it’s different and it’s in our lifetime.” Addressing the cause of this “explosion in our laws,” Gorsuch laid emphasis upon the importance of trust between Americans. “I have to trust you, you have to trust me. We may disagree — that’s the whole point of democracy is we vote. That’s the engine of democracy is disagreement,” he explained, continuing, “But when we lose our trust in one another, when we lose our trust in ourselves and our own judgement, where do we turn? We turn to the state, we turn to laws, we turn sometimes to people very distant from our own homes. Federalism gives way to nationalism.” He added, “And instead of nationalism being our laws made in Congress, it’s often moved over to agencies with less responsiveness to the American people.” When asked how the judiciary is meant to respond to “conflicts between the branches” of government, Gorsuch responded, “The answer is the Constitution, and if it’s in the Constitution and the other two branches are infringing on it — the right to exercise your religion, the right to bear arms, your right to speak freely — I am duty-bound, I took an oath to uphold the Constitution, and you win even though the government may not like it.” He continued, “When do I stay out? When the Constitution doesn’t say anything about the subject. Not everything needs to be solved by a distant government. Sometimes we should remember what Tocqueville talked about, working with one another,” he said, referring to the early 19th century French author Alexis de Tocqueville, whose book “Democracy in America” was a critical observation of the then-fledgling United States. Gorsuch continued, “That means listening as well as speaking. That means learning how to lose as well as win. That’s trusting [that] the person with whom you disagree loves this country every bit as much as you do.” Gorsuch’s comments come as President Joe Biden pledges new “reforms” to the U.S. Supreme Court, including term limits for justices. While Gorsuch refused to comment directly on a “political” move in the midst of election season, he did ask, “The independent judiciary … what does it mean to you as an American?” He continued, “It means that when you’re unpopular you can get a fair hearing, under the law and under the Constitution. If you’re in the majority, you don’t need judges and juries to hear you and protect your rights — you’re popular.” He asked again, “Don’t you want a ferociously independent judge and a jury of your peers to make those decisions? During the “White Women: Show Up for Kamala Harris” Zoom call, actress Connie Britton described the joy created by supporting the vice president: “Have you seen Kamala glisten in the brilliance and shine of her true power and leadership? And what does that feel like? Feels like self-love.” Women, prepare to be pounded with messages that we must support Vice President Kamala Harris not only because — as the seemingly never-ending Kamala campaign hype-reel shows — she’s giving, she’s girl boss, she’s brat. But also because supporting Kamala Harris makes you girl boss and brat, by embracing this campaign’s vibes. Yes, this candidate for president is being sold like my twelve-year-old’s favorite overpriced, celebrity-endorsed make-up line on YouTube, and has just as much substance. Voting-age Zoomers, undoubtedly, will soon recognize that the tactics are insulting and embarrassing to everyone involved. Serious women helping to decide the direction of the country recognize that our country and the next president face enormous challenges. The Biden administration has witnessed the outbreak of war in Europe and, after providing billions in funding to Iran, the outbreak of the most serious conflict in the Middle East in a decade. We have an economy where it is increasingly hard for people to afford basic living expenses, much less get ahead. We have rampant illegal immigration, which is stressing city infrastructure and a soft-on-crime culture that makes residents, particularly women, feel unsafe. Even the claim that women should somehow be hyped about the breaking of the most iconic glass ceiling is really awkward and undermined by the Harris-Biden administration’s legacy. What does it even mean to be the first woman president after all? Women-of-the-Year awards can now be handed to men identifying as women, and how do we know that none of the 46 previous presidents were not secretly hiding an alternative identity? Shouldn’t we use more inclusive language like the first “person with a uterus” elected president? Celebrating the triumph of a “woman” based on her biological sex seems awfully binary and offensive to LGBTQI+ sensibilities. Certainly, this has been the take of the Biden administration, which has ruthlessly gutted protections for women to make way for men. Start with Title IX, the law passed more than 50 years ago to ensure women have equal access to educational opportunities. Vice President Harris allowed this law to be rewritten to replace biological sex with gender identity, which means schools will be required to treat any male student who claims to identify as female as a woman. Women, including sexual assault survivors, who don’t want to have to undress next to naked men in their locker rooms are already being told they are the problem, to get over their hang-ups and not to complain. Women athletes are told they are bad sports — or worse, bigots! — if they complain when their spot on the team is taken by a 6-foot-2, male-bodied athlete. It is far worse for female inmates, who are bracing as this belief system is imposed on the incarcerated population. Inclusion and kindness now demands that the male convicted rapist must be allowed to live in the women’s prison. Never mind what this means for the terrified female inmate population. This is the regime of Biden-Harris. Is that brat? Is that girl boss? No, it is cruel and reveals a dogmatic allegiance to a radical belief system that lies at the heart of what really plagues our country. The war on biological sex is a symptom of the war on common sense and normalcy. It may play well on TikTok, but it really won’t play well when championed by the leader of the free world on the world stage. Americans, including young women, know this and are not going to buy this vacuous sales job for long. When I ran for governor, a reporter accused me of believing “men are smarter than women.” Research shows, I wrote in a 20-year-old column, women know and care more about social security, health care and education. When asked, however, about 25 political questions, men were more likely to answer correctly in 15, men and women answered the same in nine, and women answered more correctly than men in only one. I quoted a left-wing journalism professor who said the reason women knew less than men about those questions is that they are more likely than men to watch local news. She said, “Watching local news makes you dumber.” This became translated to: “Elder thinks women are dumber than men.” This brings us to Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance, former President Donald Trump’s running mate. The AP wrote: “During Vance’s bid for the Senate in Ohio, he said in a Fox News interview that ‘we are effectively run in this country via the Democrats,’ and referred to them as ‘a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they’ve made and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable, too. ... How does it make any sense that we’ve turned our country over to people who don’t really have a direct stake in it?’” The outrage was as intense as it was predictable. His comment became translated to: Vance has disdain for women without children; Vance believes childless women ought not hold office; and the only woman the “sexist” Vance does not hate is the one he married. I do not have children, had a beloved cat named Cream Puff, and ran for governor and president. That people with children have more skin in the game is a common point of view held by my mother, my father, my two brothers and my pastor. MSNBC political analyst Molly Jong-Fast said: “What’s interesting is that this is this natalism that comes from an authoritarian playbook, right? That there need to be more ‘white children,’ right? That’s the idea. This is about great replacement theory racism, right? This is what this is. So don’t misunderstand it for him wanting more children. He wants a certain kind of racist thing.” Never mind Vance has three children with his wife, the daughter of Indian Hindu immigrants. In a response, Vance did not back down: “The left has increasingly become explicitly antichild and antifamily. They’ve encouraged young families not to have children at all, because of concerns over climate change.” Here’s the game. Every news cycle spent on castigating Vance for his “childless cat ladies” comment is one less news cycle spent on the outrageous radical beliefs of Vice President Kamala Harris. Among them are: open border policies that have allowed more than 8 million illegal aliens to enter the country since the beginning of the Biden-Harris administration; a more left-wing Senate voting record than Sen. Bernie Sanders; a desire to “reimagine the police”; saying there is a “perception” that Immigration and Customs Enforcement is akin to the KKK; advocating the abolishment of private health care insurance; taxpayer-funded health care insurance for illegal aliens; single-payer national health care insurance; taxpayer-paid family and medical leave; national rent control; a national minimum income; a commission to study “reparations;” banning fracking and offshore drilling; a transition to 100% electric vehicles by 2035; asserting it is “not a crime” to be in the country illegally; and according to Sen. Elizabeth Warren, one of Harris’ more vocal surrogates, a support for amnesty with a path to citizenship for the illegal aliens in the country before and under Biden-Harris. Democrat politicians and the Trump-hating media do not want an apology. If Vance did apologize, the next news cycle would become: “What took so long?” “It was too little too late.” “The apology does not undo the insult.” The goal is simple. Democrat politicians and their media sympathizers do not want you to ask whether you are better off now than three and a half years ago. They do not want you to ask whether Harris’ radical, redistribution-of-income beliefs will make you better off.
