What Protesters Want In Their Words –CIA‚ FBI‚ Where Are You&;#63;

The people in this clip shared by Megyn Kelly have accepted the Islamic propaganda that America was colonized by American settlers. This is the propaganda they use to demonize Israel. They are completely brainwashed and out of touch with reality‚ and they are subversives as Sentinel has repeatedly reported. When will the FBI go after […] The post What Protesters Want In Their Words –CIA‚ FBI‚ Where Are You&;#63; appeared first on www.independentsentinel.com.

Lawsuits Filed Against Northwestern University Following Agreement With Anti-Israel Protesters

Lawsuits Filed Against Northwestern University Following Agreement With Anti-Israel Protesters

Two lawsuits have been filed against Northwestern University following the school’s agreement with anti-Israel protesters that it would fund scholarships and teaching positions to Palestinians. Each lawsuit was filed Wednesday‚ just two days after the university caved to protesters who had been occupying the school’s Deering Meadow. One lawsuit was filed by students while the other was filed by a conservative legal organization. The first lawsuit‚ filed by three Northwestern students‚ accuses the university of enabling the harassment of Jewish students by allowing the anti-Israel tent encampment to remain on campus for several days‚ CBS News reported. The three suing students – identified in the lawsuit only as Jane Joe‚ John Doe 1‚ and John Doe 2 – claim they experienced anti-Semitic harassment during the six days the encampment was in place. The lawsuit claims that protesters could be seen “openly glorifying” Hamas‚ the terrorist organization that is the de facto government in the Gaza Strip. They said one protester “barked at passersby demanding they state whether they speak Hebrew.” A photo included in the lawsuit showed a protest sign depicting Northwestern’s Jewish president Michael Schill as a “bloodthirsty devil.” The photo also shows other protest signs placed on a fence‚ one of which says “from the river to the sea‚” a phrase typically seen as a rallying cry to destroy Israel. The students who filed the lawsuit called the phrase “a genocidal slogan that calls for the elimination of the State of Israel (and‚ with it‚ the cleansing or subjugation of its millions of Jewish inhabitants).” The second lawsuit‚ filed by the Wisconsin Institute for Law &; Liberty (WILL)‚ argues that Northwestern’s agreement to provide nearly “$1.9 million in scholarship funds‚ faculty positions‚ and student-organization space to Palestinian students and staff” violates Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964‚ which prohibits discrimination “on the grounds of race‚ color‚ or national origin.” Because Northwestern receives federal funds‚ it is subject to Title VI and therefore cannot discriminate against students for their race. In the school’s agreement with protesters‚ Northwestern agreed to provide five full-ride scholarships for Palestinian students and fund two Palestinian faculty members for two years. The university also said it would commit “to fundraise to sustain this program beyond this current commitment.” The university also said it would “provide immediate temporary space for [Middle East and North Africa] MENA/Muslim students.” Following that‚ Northwestern said it plans to provide and renovate a house for these students “as soon as practicably possible” after it finishes its current renovation project‚ slated for completion in 2026. Jobs Report Comes In ‘Weaker Than Expected‚’ Trump Says It’s ‘A Big Miss From Fake Estimates’

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released its report for April on Friday‚ and it was bad news for Americans: job growth was far less than had been projected‚ showing the smallest gain in six months. Additionally‚ the unemployment rate rose to 3.9% and wage growth slowed. “The jobless rate tied for the highest level since January 2022. A more encompassing rate that includes discouraged workers and those holding part-time jobs for economic reasons also edged up‚ to 7.4%‚ its highest level since November 2021‚” CNBC noted. Nonfarm payrolls only rose 175‚000 in April; the average monthly gain had been 242‚000 over the prior year. Bloomberg Economics’ Anna Wong and Stuart Paul acknowledged the numbers were “weaker than expected.” James Knightley‚ chief international economist at ING‚ said this was “the first time we have seen every part of the report come in weaker than expected for a very long time.” Former President Trump weighed in as the numbers were announced‚ writing on Truth Social‚ “HORRIBLE JOB NUMBERS JUST ANNOUNCED. A BIG MISS FROM FAKE ESTIMATES. THEY SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME TO GIVE THE FORECAST. BIDEN IS DESTROYING OUR COUNTRY&;#33;&;#33;&;#33;” “The change in total nonfarm payroll employment for February was revised down by 34‚000‚ from +270‚000 to +236‚000‚ and the change for March was revised up by 12‚000‚ from +303‚000 to +315‚000. With these revisions‚ employment in February and March combined is 22‚000 lower than previously reported‚” BLS reported. The unemployment rate for adult men increased to 3.6% in April‚ BLS stated. Construction employment rose only 9‚000 in April after increasing 40‚000 in March. Construction employment had risen by an average of 22‚000 jobs per month over the last year. CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP The higher jobless rate feeds into Americans’ continued concern surrounding inflation. A whopping 41% of respondents named inflation as their primary financial concern in Gallup’s annual Economy and Personal Finance poll last month‚ far ahead of the area of second-most concern‚ the cost of renting or buying a home‚ which came in at 14%.

Delphi Judge Declines To Hold Defense Attorneys In Contempt‚ But Calls Them ‘Incompetent’

Delphi Judge Declines To Hold Defense Attorneys In Contempt‚ But Calls Them ‘Incompetent’

The judge overseeing the trial of Richard Allen‚ who is accused of killing two Delphi‚ Indiana‚ teenagers back in 2017‚ has called his defense attorneys “incompetent‚” but didn’t find them in contempt of court. Special Judge Fran Gull made the determination on Wednesday‚ more than a month after a hearing where Carroll County Prosecutor Nicholas McLeland accused defense attorneys Andrew Baldwin and Bradley Rozzi of being in contempt of court due to an evidence leak and allegations they violated a gag order‚ Fox 59 reported. Gull said in her ruling that McLeland “proved by a preponderance of the evidence that defense counsel was sloppy‚ negligent and incompetent in their handling of discovery material.” However‚ she added that the prosecutor failed to prove “beyond a reasonable doubt” that the attorneys were “willful and intentional” in their actions. Gull also agreed with the defense attorneys that they didn’t violate the gag order because it was put in place after they made the remarks McLeland claimed violated it. Allen was charged in October 2022 with two counts of murder while committing or attempting to commit the kidnapping of 13-year-old Abby Williams and 14-year-old Libby German on a hiking trail in 2017. In late January‚ McLeland filed a request to amend the charges to include two additional counts of murder and two counts of kidnapping‚ WTHR reported. The contempt claims came in a filing from McLeland on January 29. Baldwin and Rozzi’s attorney‚ David Hennessy‚ filed a motion in mid-February asking for clarification on the allegations‚ saying the allegations suffered from “insufficiencies.” In one example‚ Hennessy noted that McLeland accused his clients of violating the court’s order regarding statements about the case. He cited a news release from November 2022 — which was before the court issued a gag order. As for the evidence leak‚ that was allegedly perpetrated by a former worker at Baldwin’s law firm‚ 41-year-old Mitchell Westerman‚ who was charged with one count of conversion after admitting that he took pictures of crime scene evidence related to the 2017 murders. The evidence leak led Gull to dismissing Baldwin and Rozzi from the case‚ but the two were reinstated by the Indiana Supreme Court. CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP Allen’s trial is scheduled to begin on May 13‚ with prosecutors saying he is the sole killer while the defense claims other people are responsible – namely‚ members of a cult. The defense attorneys point to cellphone evidence suggesting someone else was at the crime scene hours after Allen was said to have committed the murders. The defense attorneys pointed to members of the cult as alleged suspects‚ whom The Daily Wire will not be naming since they have not been charged with any crimes. One of these named individuals’ social media posts contained images that mimicked the runes found at the crime scene‚ even though such images have never been released to the public‚ according to the defense. The individual allegedly also posted numerous “easter eggs” on social media that pointed to his involvement in the crime‚ including a recreation of the crime scene involving two women posing as dead with sticks over their bodies‚ just like the actual crime scene. This same individual also seemingly taunted police on social media‚ the defense claims. One further tie to the victims is that this man’s son was allegedly “dating” the young victim‚ Abby.
