“Alien skeletons” in Peru turned out to be dolls

The objects declared to be alien mummies were made of paper‚ modern glue‚ metal‚ and the bones of people‚ birds‚ dogs and other animals‚ forensic experts from the Peruvian prosecutor’s office said. They were confiscated by Peruvian customs last year when they tried to take them to Mexico‚ reports Associated Press. The results of the examination refute some people’s claims that these objects were taken from some center on aliens or came to Earth from another planet‚ “all of which are completely false‚” explained forensic archaeologist Flavio Estrada‚ who led the analysis. In September in Mexico‚ a group of enthusiasts showed the Mexican Congress two objects that they called “alien corpses.” Previously‚ the leader of the group‚ journalist Jaime Maussan‚ disseminated “information” about UFOs‚ which was then refuted. This time he showed bodies in wooden boxes under glass: the mummified “aliens” had no teeth‚ they had three fingers. According to Maussan‚ the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) found through radiocarbon dating that the “bodies” are more than a thousand years old. “We don’t know whether they are aliens or not‚ but they were intelligent and lived with us‚” Maussan insisted and clarified that the bodies were found in Peru. UNAM denied the ufologist’s claims about the university’s findings. Many details about the mummified bodies of “aliens” found in Peru and previously presented to the Mexican Congress have no basis‚ added Julieta Fierro‚ a researcher at the Institute of Astronomy. In 2017‚ Maussan already presented several mummies discovered in the Peruvian Nazca desert‚ calling them alien creatures. It later turned out that the remains were of human origin – these were mummies of children. They had elongated skulls‚ but scientists explained that this was the result of artificial deformation‚ in which the children’s heads were tied with boards‚ cloth or rope. It is assumed that this was done for a religious ritual. The post “Alien skeletons” in Peru turned out to be dolls appeared first on Anomalien.com.

New Intel gaming handheld set to steal MSI Claw thunder

If you thought that the MSI Claw would be the first Intel Core Ultra gaming handheld to hit the market‚ you're wrong. The OneXplayer X1 is a 3-in-1 gaming handheld‚ powered by the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H. Could it steal the spotlight away from the most anticipated new handheld of the year? Unlikely‚ but we'll get a good look at the same chip that is set to power the Claw A1M before its official release later this year. While OneXplayer is no stranger to gaming handhelds‚ none are considered among the best handheld gaming PCs‚ but the X1 has the chance to do something very interesting. Launching with the same APU as the MSI Claw will bring the X1 under the spotlight‚ as we wait to see how the tech holds up vs the typical AMD APU approach taken by the Steam Deck‚ ROG Ally‚ and Legion Go. GTA 5 actor calls out “garbage” AI chatbot of his voice

Monday‚ January 15 A WAME statement sent to PCGamesN has been added to the bottom of this article Ned Luke‚ the actor who portrays Michael De Santa in GTA 5‚ has called out the company WAME for the unlicensed use of his voice as part of a Michael AI chatbot‚ saying there’s “nothing cool about ripping people off.” Since Luke came out in protest of the chatbot‚ it looks like WAME has deleted all relevant tweets and the actual chatbot itself from the internet. This follows Grand Theft Auto 5 maker Rockstar Games shutting down an AI mod for the game last year. Don’t buy the Meta Quest elite strap‚ get this $30 alternative instead

When trying to build a tolerance for VR gaming‚ physical comfort is the first obstacle to overcome. The Kiwi comfort head strap for Meta Quest 3 takes your immersive experiences to the next level‚ allowing for longer and more enjoyable sessions for a fraction of the cost of an elite strap. In fact‚ as part of a limited-time deal on Amazon‚ the Kiwi Quest 3 head strap is currently $29.99. As one of the best VR headsets‚ there's little to dislike about the Meta Quest 3‚ but its head strap is one issue I could never overcome. Despite some design changes‚ it still isn't suited to long gaming sessions‚ and ultimately Meta wants you to invest in a $70 elite strap or a $130 elite battery strap.
