Putin gave a 40-minute speech on Wednesday night during a video conference with governors and mayors of Russia. Genocide and weapons of mass destruction

"Going according to plan"
According to the Ukrainian General Staff , Russia has suffered heavy losses in Ukraine. About 14,000 Russians are said to have fallen or been injured and more than 400 tanks and 1,400 tanks were knocked out. It is alleged that more than 80 fighter jets and more than 100 helicopters were shot down.

According to US intelligence sources, 7,000 Russian soldiers have been killed and between 14,000 and 21,000 injured, writes the New York Times.

Putin claims that the Western welfare state is torn apart by social, national, economic and ethnic differences. He therefore predicts that the "global dominance" of the Western world is coming to an end.

It is their mistakes, myopia and ambitions. These elites do not think about how to improve the lives of the citizens of the Western world.
