He allows the tear down because either it's He himself or those He has given the authority and those who have the ability to rebuild to get on the wall, to do the work with you and NOT COME DOWN!! They have been set in place and IT'S NECESSARY!!!

IT IS A TIME AND SEASON FOR EVERYTHING, A TIME TO TEAR DOWN AND A TIME TO BUILD,HALLELUJAH JESUS!! THE REBUILD GOD IS DOING RIGHT NOW COMES WITH THE TEARING DOWN!
