"Prosecutors in Washington state say that an incarcerated man in California is behind the brutal 1994 cold-case murders of a 23-year-old mother and her 3-year-old son.
Jerome F. Jones, who is already serving a 56-year sentence for an unrelated murder, is now facing two counts of aggravated murder for allegedly fatally shooting Jacob Dewey, and raping and killing Stacy Falcon-Dewey, court documents obtained by Law&Crime show."
