RAPIDLY DETERIORATING CONDITIONS - Political, Economic, Religious, Spiritual, Moral Social! - Today's society and its institutions are becoming increasingly corrupt and violent. It's like it was in the days of Noah.

"And the earth was corrupt before the Elohim, and the earth was filled with violence. And Elohim looked on the earth, and behold, it was corrupted. For all flesh had corrupted its way on the earth. " Gen 6:11-12.

The apostle Paul also described conditions in the endtimes:

"Realize this, that in the last days perlious times will come. For men will be lovers of self, (self-centered), lovers of money....unholy....brutal...treacherous, reckless, conceited .... lovers of sensual pleasures rather than lovers of Elohim/God; holding to a form of godliness (spiritual life), although they have denied its power." 2 Timothy 3:1-4.

Society was once generally conservative and restrained; now it is permissive, godless, with fast declining principles and morality, and with an intolerance of the Gospel of Messiah/Christ.

There are widespread drug and alcohol addictions, increasing lawlessness, abuse and sex crimes. The cities of the nations are becoming like Sodom and Gomorrah.

The Increasing Rejection of the Word of YAHWEH: Today, newspapers and journals do not hesitate to stimulate doubts about the Word of Elohim/God, as we see in TIME front page sometime ago. "Is the Bible Fact or Fiction?" The question itself raises doubts. But of course, the modern generation dismisses the Living Elohim's/God's Word.

President Barack Obama declared in one of his campaign speeches, "Nobody should be concerned with a few obscure Bible verse." (In fact, there are quite a few Bible verses Mr Obama is not concerned about!)

A commentator said: "Obama's very poignant statement will go down in infamy as the US government implodes from within." President Obama also said:

We do not consider ourselves a Christian nation."

Instead, he said, "We are a nation of citizens," essentially assigning loyalty to 'the state' rather than loyalty to God.

Well, the US is still a "Christian" country, and it has a lot of true believers and sadly a lot of wolves in sheep's clothing too.

But while the US government proclaims liberty of religion for all, the increasing requirement is that one's faith should be kept private. There should be no public display of Christianity or sharing of it. True born-again believers have already been arrested in the US for evangelizing. Christian students have been reprimanded for making a Christian comment.
