"A New York City man, who was out on parole for a prior gun-related conviction, on Tuesday walked up to a 13-year-old boy on his way to school and shot him in the neck, authorities said.
Hubert Wiggs, 36, was not only out on parole for a 2010 firearms and illegal drug conviction, but he was also out on bail for possession of an illegal firearm in 2019, NYPD Assistant Chief Kenneth Lehr said

The mother of a missing 8-year-old Georgia girl who was found dead is behind bars in connection with the case.

On Tuesday morning, the body of 8-year-old Nicole "Amari" Hall was found in a wooded area two days after she disappeared, Gwinnett County Police Chief J.D. McClure said at a press conference.

Amari was reported missing Sunday morning by her mother, Brittany Hall, 27, who told police she awoke to find her daughter gone from the Hometown Studios and Suites, where they had been living.

An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Huber Heights Police Department statewide for an 84-year-old woman.

Police say Imogene Hime was last seen Wednesday at 6:13 p.m. when she drove away from her home on Kitridge Road in the city of Huber Heights and didn’t return.

Hime is a white female, 5′ 10″ tall, weighs 150 lbs., and has blond hair and blue eyes.

Hime suffers from Dementia and law enforcement is concerned for her safety.

The vehicle involved is a white 2018 Nissan Sentra with OH plate number GPZ9151.

Anyone who has information about Hime’s whereabouts is urged to call 911 or 1-866-693-9171 to be transferred directly to the investigating law enforcement agency.
