She accessorized with matching black heels and a hair bow as she strutted in and out of fun spots for her birthday. Right by Kelly was her mother, Sharon Osbourne, who looked just as good and slender in a suit. Kelly had celebrated earlier that day with her two-year-old son Sid, responding to birthday wishes and reposting them on her Instagram stories.
