Big Tech Executives Reportedly Contact President Trump As Election Approaches

CEOs at some of the most prominent tech companies reportedly have contacted President Trump, seeking to speak with him before Election Day. According to CNN, top executives at Apple, Google, Amazon, and Meta reached out to Trump as the 2024 election approaches.  New: The CEOs of Google, Amazon, Apple, and Meta have recently called up President Trump, seeking to smooth relations ahead of Election Day. Via: CNN pic.twitter.com/TxhYBoB7Uk — The Calvin Coolidge Project (@TheCalvinCooli1) October 27, 2024 Per CNN: Trump and Apple CEO Tim Cook chatted last week about the iPhone maker’s ongoing legal issues in Europe, the former president divulged in an interview Thursday. Later in the day, Trump told a Las Vegas audience that the “head of Google,” who is CEO Sundar Pichai, called to marvel over the Republican nominee’s campaign stop slinging french fries at a Pennsylvania McDonald’s. “He said, ‘This is one of the hottest things. We have never seen anything like this,’” Trump recalled. He retold the story Friday on Joe Rogan’s podcast and identified the executive as Pichai. Amazon CEO Andy Jassy also recently reached out to check in with the former president, two sources familiar with their phone call told CNN. And Mark Zuckerberg called him up this summer after the first failed assassination attempt on Trump, during which the Meta CEO told the Republican nominee he admired the way he handled the shooting and wished him a quick recovery, a person familiar with the conversation said. Despite their once fraught relationship, the two have spoken glowingly about each other through the media in the months since. The stepped-up push by some of the world’s most influential Big Tech leaders to speak with the former president ahead of Election Day comes amid an exceptionally tight race between Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris. And it’s the latest sign of the greater business community seeking to rekindle a relationship with the former president in anticipation of a potential second term. Sources tell me & @alaynatreene that Amazon's Andy Jassy also recently called Trump. https://t.co/rQpg6qVvWc — Steve Contorno (@scontorno) October 27, 2024 Jeff Bezos, founder and executive chairman of Amazon, had executives of his aerospace company, Blue Origin, meet with Trump. Spread this around! This is Trump this afternoon meeting with executives from Blue Origin, which is Jeff Bezos's space exploration company. This meeting happened a mere hours after the Washington Post announced it would not endorse @KamalaHarris.#CancelTheWashingtonPost pic.twitter.com/jKbMxe18me — Hopeful (@Monique94550) October 26, 2024 From The Guardian: The multi-billionaire owner of the Washington Post, Jeff Bezos, continued facing criticism throughout the weekend because executives from his aerospace company met with Donald Trump on the same day the newspaper prevented its editorial team from publishing an endorsement of his opponent in the US presidential election. Senior news and opinion leaders at the Washington Post flew to Miami in late September 2024 to meet with Bezos, who had reservations about the paper issuing an endorsement in the 5 November election, the New York Times reported. Amazon and the space exploration company Blue Origin are among Bezos-owned businesses that still compete for lucrative federal government contracts. And the Post on Friday announced it would not endorse a candidate in the 5 November election after its editorial board had already drafted its endorsement of Kamala Harris. Friday’s announcement did not mention Amazon or Blue Origin. But within hours, high-ranking officials of the latter company briefly met with Trump after a campaign speech in Austin, Texas, as the Republican nominee seeks a second presidency. Trump met with Blue Origin chief executive officer David Limp and vice-president of government relations Megan Mitchell, the Associated Press reported.

UNITED NATIONS Special Envoy for Palestinians, Francesca Albanese, who compares Israel to Nazi Germany, thinks slaughter of 1200 Israeli innocents was justified, but sees assassination of Hamas leader behind October 7th Israeli massacre was “inhumane”

Albanese presents herself as an ‘independent expert’ on the Israeli-Palestinian situation and, holding a post for the United Nations, theoretically she should have balanced and impartial positions, but in reality, listening to she is openly anti-Israel. Francesca Albanese thinks the barbaric rape, torture and slaughter of 1200+ innocents on Oct 7 was “justified resistance” but […]

Kamala’s Hiding a Dangerous Policy Record

Two days ago, The New York Times wrote an article about Kamala Harris’s policy record that she isn’t talking about, and for good reason. Kamala Harris only thinks of race and gender, and if you want to know how the presidency will go, read this excerpt from the NY Times. Her bizarre thinking is extremely […] The post Kamala’s Hiding a Dangerous Policy Record appeared first on www.independentsentinel.com.

‘S**t!’: Kamala Tries To Laugh Off Hot Mic Moment At A Bar With Gretchen Whitmer

Vice President Kamala Harris got caught on a hot mic while chatting with campaign surrogate and Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) — and then tried to laugh it off after she appeared to admit that her team was struggling to reach male voters. Harris, who was catapulted to the top of the Democratic Party’s 2024 ticket after President Joe Biden was effectively forced out of the race, has continued to poll poorly among male voters despite a series of targeted efforts to mitigate that weakness. Sitting down with Whitmer at a bar, Harris seemed to acknowledge that shortcoming before she realized that there were eyes and ears — and cameras and microphones — everywhere. WATCH: Kamala appears to acknowledge she's struggling with male voters before noticing there are "microphones in here just listening to everything." "Shit! Ha ha ha!" Fakest candidate ever. pic.twitter.com/ETYniX2wqW — Trump War Room (@TrumpWarRoom) October 27, 2024 Harris, sitting down with the Michigan Governor for a beer, appeared to tell Whitmer that “we need to move ground with men” before turning to see a camera on her. “Oh, we have microphones in here just listening to everything,” Harris said as she and Whitmer looked around the room. “I didn’t realize that.” Harris laughed and added, “So … now you tell us.” “You’ll bleep my f-words,” Whitmer joked. “We just told all the family secrets,” Harris said, still laughing. “S**t!” Harris turned back to Whitmer and said, “Anyway, it’s good to see you …” Harris’ hot mic revelation followed a number of polls indicating that her campaign is flagging among male voters. In the final weeks of the presidential contest, Harris’ team has made a series of efforts to reach out to male voters. Vice presidential nominee and Governor Tim Walz (D-MN) participated in a pheasant hunt and appeared on a Twitch-stream alongside Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY). Former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama have also hit the campaign trail, speaking to men directly at times in their efforts to push Harris across the finish line. But as CNN Republican commentator Scott Jennings noted, the Obama-method of scolding men to get them to comply might not move the needle as much as they might hope. “I don’t think it’s helpful to insult a group of people who are already not enthusiastic about your campaign, but I think that’s what he did today,” Jennings said. “The story tonight is they’re struggling with men, Obama’s insulting men, and they’re out saying, ‘Let’s fix it by sending Tim Walz out and hiring Mitt Romney, it’s crazy to me!”

Hulk Hogan Body Slams Nazi Comparison At Trump’s Madison Square Garden Rally

At former President Donald Trump‘s rally at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Sunday, WWE legend Hulk Hogan put the smack down those comparing the event to a pro-Nazi gathering that took place at the same venue in 1939. Hogan, who was born Terry Gene Bollea, took the stage with an American flag and music rocking. He tore off a shirt like he did in his wrestling career and for the Republican National Convention this summer. Underneath, Hogan had on a shirt bearing the names of Trump and his running mate, Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), with the sleeves cut off. Hulk Hogan at Trump's MSG rally: "I don't see no stinkin' Nazis in here. I don't see no stinkin' domestic terrorists in here. The only thing I see in here are a bunch of hard-working men and women that are real Americans, brother." pic.twitter.com/ZVdvtVZS5q — The Post Millennial (@TPostMillennial) October 27, 2024 “Welcome to the house that Hulkamania built,” Hogan said, after a few moments of hyping up the crowd. “You know something? Usually, when I’m in Madison Square Garden, I’m body slamming giants, I’m winning world heavyweight titles, and I’m cracking people over the heads with steel chairs. And the energy in Madison Square Garden is off the Richter Scale.” Fondly addressing the “Trumpomaniacs” in the room, Hogan declared how on Sunday, the “energy in here is something like I’ve never felt. The energy of all these Trumpomaniacs is the most powerful force in the universe and today this is Donald Trump’s house, brother!” Then Hogan grappled with the Nazi comparison, which has been made by the likes of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who is the Democratic Party’s vice presidential nominee, and Hillary Clinton. “You know something, Trumpomaniacs, I don’t see no stinkin’ Nazis in here. I don’t see no stinkin’ domestic terrorists in here,” Hogan said, before he pointed to the crowd. “The only thing I see in here are a bunch of hard-working men and women that are real Americans, brother.” After taking swipes at Trump’s 2024 rival, Vice President Kamala Harris, Hogan said the “energy” in the building gave him the answer to the question his famous saying, “Whatcha gonna do?”: “The answer is vote for Trump!” He proceed to get the crowd to similarly answer the same question when it came to tackling issues such as inflation and border security. Hogan was one of dozens of people lined up to speak at the Madison Square Garden rally. A photo shared on X by Trump’s adviser Dan Scavino Jr. showed Trump and Hogan backstage, gleefully locked in an arm-wrestling pose. (@DanScavino) October 27, 2024 The Republican National Convention in mid-July took place soon after Trump survived an assassination attempt in a Butler, Pennsylvania, campaign rally. When he spoke at that event, Hogan brought down the house. I’ve seen it all now ?@HulkHogan pic.twitter.com/vy6ei4tAMO — Russell Brand (@rustyrockets) July 19, 2024 “When I think about what happened last week, when they took a shot at my hero and they tried to kill the next president of the United States, enough was enough,” Hogan said, ripping his shirt off. “And I said, ‘Let Trumpomania run wild, brother! Let Trumpomania rule again. Let Trumpomania make America great again!'”
