Jason Whitlock just voted for the FIRST time ever — here’s why

At 57 years old, Jason Whitlock just cast his very first political ballot ever. “I know many of you for several years have been disappointed with the fact that I've chosen not to vote,” he says, noting that in previous political elections, he’s either been uninterested, too concerned about being “objective,” or against any type of label being placed on him. “I don’t want to acknowledge in any way that another man or a political group is responsible for my fate or really has any influence over my fate, and that's the position I've held for a number of years,” he admits, adding that “it got even more intense as I got further along in my Christian journey.” “I don't want an identity outside of Christ,” and that includes labels like “Republican,” “conservative,” “liberal,” and “Democrat,” he says. “Conservatives, liberals, Republicans, Democrats — they all lie; they all cheat people, [but] as a Christian, you're not supposed to, and so you can hold me to that standard.” But then something started to shift when Donald Trump and the MAGA movement entered the picture. In 2016, Whitlock found himself “captured” by this mega-rich non-politician who was “more difficult to control,” but he still didn’t vote because he was devoted to his “brand [as a] non-voting, objective journalist.” Four years later, when Trump ran for re-election, Whitlock was a full-blown Trump supporter but still remained loyal to his decision to refrain from voting. The catalyst that finally made him change his mind was January 6, 2021. “January 6, 2021, changed me on that day,” he says. When he saw that the many unarmed people who “went to the Capital to express their frustration” were being deemed “terrorists” and then given “lengthy prison sentences” — even though just months before, BLM protesters literally burned cities to the ground largely without consequence — he knew the Democrats had been captured by an ideology that can only be described as evil. “I started thinking about all these people that are in prison being treated unfairly for January 6 and all the people that are free that burned and looted cities,” he recalls. “I gotta do something to help the people — the political prisoners of January 6 — and the only thing I could think to do is vote for Donald Trump because he would pardon them.” However, that was nearly four years ago. In the interim, there’s something else that’s been motivating Jason to head to the ballot box: DEI. “I want DEI to end because I think it’s one of the most poisonous, toxic, destructive things we have going on in America,” he says. To hear more of his explanation, watch the clip above. Missouri attorney general investigating Google for alleged bias against conservative speech in search algorithm

Republican Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey announced an investigation into allegations against Google that the search engine's algorithm is biased, censoring conservative speech to influence the election. 'I will not allow Google to interfere in the most consequential election in our nation’s history.' Bailey made the announcement from his official social media account on the X platform Friday. "I am launching an investigation into Google - the biggest search engine in America - for censoring conservative speech during the most consequential election in our nation’s history. Google is waging war on the democratic process. It’s time to fight back," Bailey said. Google has been accused of biased search results after the failed assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump. The claims led Republican Sen. Roger Marshall of Kansas to announce a congressional investigation into the company in July. Trump has said that, if he were re-elected, he would order the Department of Justice to pursue criminal charges against Google on the basis that its search engine presents negative stories about him and positive stories about Democrat Vice President Kamala Harris. "We have reason to believe that Google is manipulating their search results to de-emphasize information about the Trump campaign prior to Election Day," Bailey said to Fox Business. "I will not allow Google to interfere in the most consequential election in our nation’s history." The company responded in a statement denying the claims and asserting that its search results are nonpartisan according to independent studies. "Search serves all our users, and our business rests on showing useful information to everyone — no matter what their political beliefs are," the statement read. Researcher Robert Epstein has previously reported evidence he's documented to show that Google's search engine is biased in favor of Democrats. Epstein, the former editor of Psychology Today, described the "search engine manipulation effect" to Blaze News: During the 2016 U.S. presidential election, Epstein found that Google’s autocomplete consistently favored positive suggestions for Hillary Clinton while allowing both positive and negative suggestions for Donald Trump. His studies showed that users are much more likely to click on negative suggestions, meaning that Google's skewed suggestions had a profound effect on how voters viewed the candidates. The reality is, Google’s bias may not have been enough to get Clinton elected, but it certainly wasn’t for lack of trying."We won’t allow Big Tech to interfere with this election," said Bailey in another tweet. Nuclear meltdown ensues after Washington Post refuses to endorse in presidential election: 'You feckless cowards'

The Washington Post announced that it would follow the example of the Los Angeles Times and not endorse a presidential candidate, and many on the left imploded with fury and anger. 'Disturbing spinelessness at an institution famed for courage.' William Lewis, the CEO and publisher of the Post, wrote that the news outlet would be returning to its previous tradition of refusing to endorse presidential candidates in order to preserve its independence. "The Washington Post will not be making an endorsement of a presidential candidate in this election. Nor in any future presidential election. We are returning to our roots of not endorsing presidential candidates," wrote Lewis. Critics immediately accused Lewis of bowing to alleged pressure from Amazon owner Jeff Bezos, ostensibly under the threat of government pressure if former President Donald Trump were to be re-elected. Many rushed to social media to declaim the Post for bowing to fascism and intimidation."This is cowardice, with democracy as its casualty. @realdonaldtrump will see this as an invitation to further intimidate owner @jeffbezos (and others). Disturbing spinelessness at an institution famed for courage," replied Marty Baron, the former editor for the Post. "The Washington Post is the paper which broke Watergate. It won a Pulitzer for coverage of January 6th. For the Washington Post to refuse to endorse a candidate because it fears retribution from Trump is an enormous flashing red sign that the country is on the brink of fascism," responded musician Mikel Jollett. "The paper that broke Watergate? Something is broken. This is not normal," replied former music journalist Cheo Hodari Coker. "It appears the owners have been intimidated by a potential authoritarian president. Democracy under threat? You bet," said WPVI-TV anchor Jim Garner. "I have subscribed to the Washington Post since 1993, but I just canceled my subscription today because of the paper’s abdication of duty to endorse a candidate in the most consequential election of my lifetime. Good riddance," said social justice activist Keith Boykin. "Anyone who chooses to stay at the Washington Post after this terrible act is actively helping bring about Fascism," read another tweet. A similar implosion ensued after the owner of the Los Angeles Times told the editorial staff to list good and bad policies from both candidates in lieu of an endorsement. One editor has quit in protest, and readers have canceled subscriptions to show their displeasure. Like Blaze News? Inside Trump’s White House during the early pandemic: ‘The Coverup’ Episode 3 available NOW

Years after the COVID-19 pandemic, Matt Kibbe is still searching for answers. We know our corrupt government has no plans to tell the American people why they were banished to their homes, forced to wear masks, pressured to get an experimental vaccine, unconstitutionally censored, and lied to repeatedly. So he set out on a mission to dig up the answers U.S. citizens deserve. In episode one of “The Coverup,” which is available on YouTube, Kibbe met with distinguished Stanford professor of medicine Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, who was silenced and threatened during the pandemic for daring to publish his research and voice his professional opinions that contradicted the COVID narrative. In episode two, also available on YouTube, he met with Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) – the only man in the U.S. Senate who is still demanding justice for the atrocities committed by Anthony Fauci and agencies such the DOD and the NIH during the pandemic. In episode three, which just dropped today on BlazeTV+, Kibbe partners with Scott Atlas, one of Trump’s coronavirus task force advisers, to expose what was going on behind closed doors at the White House while the rest of us were locked up in our homes. Kibbe asks the questions: Why was Trump compelled to listen to Fauci and Birx? And what led to Atlas’ resignation from the task force? Tune in for the next set of COVID mysteries exposed! Destiny 2 confirms the existence of its most extraordinary bug ever

After days of theorizing, speculation, and community research, it’s official - Destiny 2 developer Bungie has confirmed that “an issue has been found in our code” that has been affecting drop rates for certain weapon perk combinations. Bungie says it is now “rapidly working” to provide a fix for this extraordinary bug. While it’s only taken a matter of days for this to go from a fan theory to a confirmed, significant technical issue, it’s a bug that has likely been plaguing the space shooter for a very long time. Iconic FPS Killer7 gets huge surprise update, six years after hitting Steam

Killer7 is a game that’s pretty hard to sum up and defies categorization. It’s everything all at once - it’s a bubbling pot of ideas thrown at the player which somehow manages to work. It’s a frothing, fizzing thing that shouldn’t hold together but absolutely does, and nearly 20 years later it's still held up as one of the greatest gaming experiences you can ever play. PC owners had to wait a long time to get their hands on it, and now six years after it arrived on Steam it’s been given a fresh lick of paint.
