Recipe Tips If you can finde them, I prefer petite diced tomatoes to regular diced tomatoes. The tortellini won’t take long to cook and will continue to cook after you turn the slow cooker off. They may need less than 45 minutes to cook, so check after about 25 minutes. Storage Will keep for 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator but the tortellini will soak up the liquid over time and get softer in texture.
