In a sweet video on social media, 23-year-old Maddy Sue Hull shared that she’d really been wanting to make more friends. She never imagined that she’d get her wish during a routine trip to the gas station! However, that’s exactly where she hit it off with 76-year-old Kathy. They’ve been inseparable ever since! As the 23-year-old wrote in the caption of her video, Kathy was really struggling after losing her husband. “She had been praying for more purpose in her life,” Maddy wrote. “She doesn’t have any kids and her husband passed away 14 years ago and had been unsure of why she’s still here.” How wholesome is it that these two lonely women from different generations ended up becoming best friends through a chance meeting? This beautiful friendship is going viral online. Maddy’s video has received over five million views. Commenters have fallen in love with this precious pair! “This is so pure,” wrote one person.
