During Thursday morning, the Center Party announced that the group leader in Region Stockholm, regional councilor Gustav Hemming, "is resigning with immediate effect".

Hemming's sudden departure is soon explained. It is he who can be seen on the surveillance images from the Roslag track in August, masturbating in front of the 13-year-old boy.
