When the manager was about to offer the employees sandwich cake, he assumed that an employee did not want ham and instead gave him one with salmon. This could not be tolerated by the employee who feels offended.

It was at the end of 2022 that the boss offered his colleagues sandwich cake with ham. However, the man in question instead got sandwich cake with salmon as the manager assumed that he did not eat ham.
Just over a year after the meal, the man reports his former manager for "reckless action". In the police report it appears that the incident has "violated his peace" and he believes that the manager had no evidence to assume that the man does not eat ham.
