Toddler found walking along Portland street alone; parents located, police say

"PORTLAND, Tenn. (WKRN) — A young boy was discovered walking up and down a street in Portland by himself Sunday afternoon, sparking a search for his family.
Then, shortly before 5 p.m., officials announced the child’s family had contacted law enforcement, and thanked everyone who helped the officers on scene."
