I go crazy with toppings on this because I love it all. I definitely put a dollop of sour cream on top. I also love sliced jalapeños, guacamole and salsa! What’s the best way to serve this – with or without toppings? If you’d like, you can have your family to add their own toppings. Put the shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, etc. in bowls and everyone can add their favorites! Or, if everybody prefers the same toppings, add the toppings before scooping and serving. What other dressing options do I have? Instead of Catalina dressing, you can substitute with Russian or French dressing. Or you can also skip the dressing altogether and just drizzle a little taco sauce or salsa on top. What else can I add? Drained canned black beans or pinto beans can be added.
