The Tragic Deaths of Te’Mari, A’Miyah, and Zi’Ariel: Texas Sisters Found Dead -No Arrest
Zi’Ariel Oliver, 9, Amiyah Hughes, 8, and Temari Oliver,5, are the children of Shommaonique Oliver.
Shommaonique allowed her cousin, 31-year-old Parris Propps, to stay with her and her family. Paris was babysitting the girls when they allegedly vanished on July 29, 2022, in Cass County, Texas.
“Fuck everyone else’s feelings, I want answers,” Shommaonique Oliver told The Daily Beast.
Parris asked a neighbor to use the phone and he called Shommaonique and told her the girls were missing around 90 pm, she told The Daily Beast. The neighbor noticed that Parris was wet from the waist down.

Deputies from the Cass County Sheriff's Office, wardens from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, and fire rescue crews from Cass County Emergency Services launched a searh for the missing siblings.
Authorities found a pair of shoes near another neighbor's pond, about 200 yards from their home. They searched the pond and found the bodies of the girls.
The district attorney’s office confirmed that autopsy reports read that they had lacerations on their faces and they were strangled.
According to Shammaonique, her cousin has never been interviewed by the police. Her aunt, her cousin’s mother, has blocked her cousin from speaking with authorities.
“Why won’t [she] let him talk to the police, or take him down to the police?” Shommaonique told The Daily Beast. “...All I want is justice for my babies.”
Shommaonique had a heart attack as a result of losing her beautiful children.
“All I ever tried to do was work and be a good mother for my six kids.”
The authorities briefly questioned Parris Propps the day after the girls were found in the pond, but he has never been brought in for formal questioning or any charges- even though one of the surviving siblings told Shommaonique that the girls went into the woods with Parris Props
