....so long as you look after your health and train!!! UTL COMMENT:- Couldn’t agree more…I’m mid-50's and feeling in pretty good best shape ?? Just gotta keep at it - I train weights twice a week. I don't do enough cardio but I do walk >8km / day.... I also enjoy the WISDOM and KNOWLEDGE that comes with it!!!
