Joe Manchin (I-WV), a former Democrat, said he will not endorse Kamala Harris after she expressed support in ending the filibuster to codify abortion. “Shame on her,” Manchin said, according to The Washington Times. Manchin has devoted his last several years to protecting the filibuster, which prevents most measures from proceeding to a vote if they cannot clear a procedural hurdle with 60 votes.
