UTL COMMENT:- We have had smart meters for a long time in Australia that is why nobody reads the meter. I had one in my old house and got rid of it when I finally woke up. Street lights all been changed which have cameras in them now. They also can kill. Ask Google if your Council area is going to be a smart city.... They are not behind in anything because people don't even seem to care - apathy rules the populace these days!!!! This lack of motivation is partially caused by distractions from social media......
