As the U.S. presidential election continues, actor Harrison Ford has joined other famous people to campaign for Vice President Kamala Harris as the new President of the United States, with Governor Tim Walz as her vice. He encouraged fans to vote via a video shared by Kamala HQ. Ford’s son, Ben Ford, is also in support of the Kamala-Walz administration, sharing his father’s campaign video to his Instagram stories. Ben. who is a professional chef and owner of Ford’s Filling Station, has also endorsed Kamala himself on a few occasions. Those present included co-hosts Padma Lakshmi and Joel McHale, José Andrès, Tom Colicchio, and Gail Simmons. The 58-year-old has led and participated in other social and political causes, including a recent charity fundraiser and healthy food systems for the U.S. Ben has always been on the scene for charitable acts, as he attended Los Angeles Mission’s Christmas Eve for the Homeless in 2012 with Harrison, who was 70 at the time.
