Smite is one of the all time great tactical multiplayer games, but its successor hasn’t gotten off to the smoothest of starts. Sure, Smite 2 is currently in an early access alpha state, but with mixed Steam reviews and Valve’s own new MOBA project Deadlock stealing a lot of attention in the genre right now, things could be going better.
