Unfortunately, 7 - 9 hours of sleep isn't an option for everyone: unusual working hours, family life... On working days I'm averaging about 5,5 hours. :-(...... Eat real food like meat, eggs, butter, vegs, avoid sugars (including white bread), avoid seed oils, cook and bake at home, just do what our slim grandparents did. Basically - stop eating crap!!! Fat will disappear very quickly without sagging skin or "ozempic face" side effects..... :-)..... Trying to cut back on the amount that I eat because I have always been a BIG eater.
