Control has some of the best storytelling I've ever seen in the medium of videogames. Jesse Faden's trip into the unknown is a gripping one, and it's developer Remedy's design of the setting, the brutalist Oldest House, that keeps me coming back. The documents you find, the level design you explore, and the details you can unearth are unlike anything else I've ever played. That's why I'm excited for Control 2. Lucky me, then, because Remedy has just given us an update on the sequel, and plans for the first game.
