Is This How Democrats Are Hoping to Steal Arizona in November?

by Matt Margolis, PJ Media: Remember when Democrats pushed back against new laws aimed at banning illegal immigrants from voting, insisting that “it’s already illegal” and dismissing concerns as nothing more than a conspiracy theory? Well, surprise, surprise — reports have proven yet another “conspiracy theory” right. TRUTH LIVES on at https://sgtreport.tv/ The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight […]

HUGE UPDATE: President Trump’s Legal Team May Score MASSIVE Win!

Some of President Donald Trump’s critics have endorsed everything from prison to assassination in their effort to derail his political movement. Then there was the New York case that sought to target Trump’s millions. His team of attorneys have been fighting the judgment handed down by Judge Arthur Engoron, and seemed to make a compelling case in appeals court recently. As Fox News reported: Engoron ruled that Trump and other defendants were liable for persistent and repeated fraud, falsifying business records, issuing false financial statements, conspiracy to falsify false financial statements, insurance fraud and conspiracy to commit insurance fraud. A five-judge panel on a New York appeals court in Manhattan heard oral arguments on the appeal on Thursday. The former president did not attend the oral arguments but was instead represented by his legal team. Trump attorney D. John Sauer argued that James’ lawsuit stretched New York consumer protection laws and said there were “no victims” and “no complaints” of Trump’s business from lenders and insurers. Sauer said the cause “involves a clear-cut violation of the statute of limitations,” pointing to transactions used in the non-jury civil fraud trial that dated back more than a decade. The appeals process has been underway for months, attracting significant social media attention along the way: HUGE UPDATE!!! The panel that is hearing President Trump’s appeal of the Judge Engoron civil fraud case where Trump was ordered to pay $454 Million is leaning towards reversing the ruling. These cases are the REAL FRAUD. TRUMP IS INNOCENT pic.twitter.com/5vNUqZ13yJ — Ty’s Tough Talk (@toughtalkty) September 26, 2024 In case you missed it, Trump’s appeal for the $454 million dollar judgement in NY did not go well for the Democrats. Soo bad in fact, that their closing statement was basically them begging to not be sanctioned for their impropriety… pic.twitter.com/dGd2jG877c — 1776 (@TheWakeninq) September 27, 2024 Maybe the appeals court saw the video of Letitia James campaigning on suing Trump into bankruptcy before she took office & while he was president & thought maybe this obvious abuse of power shouldn’t standhttps://t.co/Rb0um6xX67 https://t.co/WerDtk9wK6 pic.twitter.com/1X2KHBdfDS — Sean Fitzgerald (Actual Justice Warrior) (@IamSean90) September 27, 2024 As the New York Post reported, at least some of the arguments made by Trump’s attorneys seemed to resonate with the panel of judges: Trump’s lawyers, who have called Judge Arthur Engoron’s February ruling “draconian, unlawful, and unconstitutional,” appeared before a five-judge panel of a Manhattan appeals court Thursday to plead their case. Some judges appeared receptive to changing the bond. Judge Peter Moulton questioned whether James’ lawsuit turned into “something it was not meant to do.” Moulton observed that the “immense penalty in this case is troubling.” Here’s some Fox News Channel analysis of the latest developments:
