In this video, we're going through the basic recipe to make a big batch of classic southern boiled peanuts. Place in pot. Add salt and enough water to cover the peanuts. Boil for 4 hours. Make sure to add more boiling water every hour or so to keep the level above the peanuts. Turn off heat and cover pot. Let peanuts soak for another 1-2 hours.
