Ness:"After what I have learned to call The Lennox Haunting a haunted house that I lived in terror in for thirty eight days total, we vacated the property and moved to a different home on the outskirts of Lennox.I thought the hell was over, but I was dead wrong. Sometimes hell does not leave, it just lays dormant, waiting and watching for that exact slice in time when you’re vulnerable. That’s the moment it comes again and lets you know that you are human, and it is not. Here is part of my story.I had walked upstairs to retrieve something from my bedroom, when I heard a commotion in the bathroom. It was impossible, I was home alone. I had left the bathroom door open with the light out, but the door was now closed and I could see light filtering out from beneath it. I slowly approached it.I laid my hand on the door knob, not being sure if I had the guts to actually open it. My heart was beating so hard by then I could hear it echoing in my ears. I paused there a moment. I slowly took my hand back off of the door knob and crept back to the hall closet.My ex husband had left his old set of golf clubs there for our son, Dominick to use. I opened the closet door slowly and as quietly as I could. I reached in and quietly pulled out the first one I felt. I was still watching the bathroom door, never taking my eyes off of it fearing it would suddenly open and some stranger would come charging at me.I retrieved the club and quietly closed the door. I felt so much better from the feel of the cold metal of in my hand. I headed back down the hall to the bathroom door. I stood beside of it listening for any movement.I could not hear anything in there, not so much as a breath. I was actually starting to get angry. I felt I had been through enough of this shit. I took a deep breath and turned the handle, pushing hard, almost throwing the door with enough force that I knew the handle would dent the wall. The door banged loudly as it did precisely that, leaving a round imprint. The pressure was so great from the door that the shower curtain blew away from the tub; its movement startled me.“Who’s in here?” I asked in a very unfriendly tone, raising the golf club into the air, ready to strike if I had to.My voice echoed loudly throughout the bathroom. I heard a bit of a sound, like wind escaping or maybe it seemed more like a long deep breath. I held mine. I wanted to hear everything. I was getting tired of the fear, of the seemingly endless games. I just knew in my heart that something was there, and whatever it was, it was definitely messing with me.I saw the shower curtain flutter again, as though there was a breeze passing through it, even though there were no windows in the bathroom. I stood my ground even though my heart was thumping so hard I could feel it moving my chest with each beat.I walked over to shower curtain. It was almost completely drawn closed. I slowly reached for it, grabbed the edge of it, and then quickly, I pulled it completely open. The tub was empty. I let out a long sigh of relief, and then took a couple more long deep breaths, exhaling very slowly. It helped to slow my heartbeat down to a more comfortable level.I stepped in front of the vanity to look into the mirror. My eyes looked like those of a crazed maniac holding a golf club in the air. I stared at myself just shaking my head at myself.“What is your deal today Jolene?” I said sternly to my reflection as if it could actually answer me.Then I heard a raspy, very loud whisper directly into left my ear as though someone was standing very close, right next to me.“ARE YOU SCARED?”The voice came from seemingly nowhere. I could see from my reflection in the mirror there was no one standing beside me. It startled me so much my knees buckled, had I not grabbed the edge of the vanity to steady myself, I would certainly have fallen to the floor.The voice I heard had such a mean tone that it had chilled me to the bone. I felt a cold rush of air on the side of my head as though someone was breathing icy breaths on my cheek. I could even feel the pause between breaths. The suddenness of it had startled me so much I had dropped my golf club. I quickly bent down to retrieve my precious weapon even though I could not see anyone to use it on, it still felt very good in my hand.I straightened back up and saw myself in the mirror. I knew my reflection was telling me that I was standing there by myself but I still couldn’t help glancing directly beside me and all around the room.I was alone in the room. I laid my hand to my cheek where I had felt the breaths. My cheek was very cold to the touch.I glanced back at my reflection one more time and for a moment, just for a thousandth of a second I thought I saw another face looking back at me. It was not a face of a normal person. It was distorted, as if I were looking into one of those weird mirrors in the fun house at a carnival, and then it was gone again.It was so quick, I could not be absolutely sure if it had actually been there at all. I continued staring into the mirror; I was in too much shock to move right at that moment.It finally dawned on me to move my feet and get myself away from the mirror. I really did not want to see anymore if I could prevent it. I was shook up enough.I ran out of the bathroom pulling the door shut behind me. I headed for the stairs. I didn’t know where I was running to at that moment; all I remember was that I needed to get some distance between myself and that bathroom.This is based on a true story that began in a home I had lived in a few years beforehand in the town of Lennox." Ukrainians: That Routh Guy Was Too Nuts for Us; Update: Urged Iran to Kill Trump?

On debate night, CNN “fact checker” Daniel Dale suggested that Kamala Harris might have fudged the truth just once in her ABC cuddle/debate -- at least 33 by Trump, at least one by Harris. If you see Dale's face on TV, he's probably trashing the Republicans. (On Sunday, seen to the right, it was Springfield-pouncing in the 2 pm hour.) Online on Saturday, Dale dug into the Harris X/Twitter account and its mangling of Trump. The headline: Fact check: Harris campaign social media account has repeatedly deceived with misleading edits and captions We haven't found any of this on CNN's air so far. Dale began: A social media account run by Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign has been repeatedly deceptive. The @KamalaHQ account, which has more than 1.3 million followers on the X social media platform formerly known as Twitter, has made a habit of misleadingly clipping and inaccurately captioning video clips to attack former President Donald Trump. Oh, is that right? What would Dale select for public rebuke? He selected eight! 1. An August 17 post from @KamalaHQ strongly suggested Trump had gotten confused about what state he was in during an event in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The post said, “Trump: Would that be okay, North Carolina? (He is in Pennsylvania).” Trump was acknowledging North Carolina natives AT the Pennsylvania rally. 2. On Thursday, the @KamalaHQ account made a new attempt to suggest that Trump was confused about his location. Its post said, “Trump: ‘Pennsylvania, remember this when you have to go to vote’ (He is in Arizona).” But Trump was telling Arizonans about a Pennsylvania town facing a big influx of Haitian migrants. Dale ruled: "@KamalaHQ eliminated the context that would allow people to develop an informed opinion on this remark." 3. A Friday post from @KamalaHQ said, “Trump says ‘nothing was done wrong’ in Charlottesville in 2017 when neo-Nazis chanted ‘Jews will not replace us’ and killed an innocent woman.” But Trump was responding to how people mischaracterize his “very fine people on both sides” remark in Charlottesville, not saying that nothing wrong happened in Charlottesville.  4. On Thursday, the @KamalaHQ account posted a nine-second video clip of Sen. JD Vance, Trump’s running mate, speaking in an interview. The account wrote: “Q: Would you consider privatizing veterans health care? Vance: I think I’d consider it.” The extended Vance quote shows he said he would consider giving veterans greater flexibility to use private health care. but that he does not want to eliminate federal health care provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs. 5. Dale noted the @KamalaHQ account frequently invokes Project 2025, the Heritage Foundation think tank’s right-wing policy proposals for the next Republican administration. An August 30 post from @KamalaHQ said, “Trump says he plans to bring back laws from 100+ years ago, echoing Project 2025: ‘We don’t pass laws like that. They are tough.’” The post included a seven-second clip of Trump speaking in Pennsylvania. "But the full video of the rally shows Trump was not even talking about Project 2025 or his future plans." 6. A September 5 post from @KamalaHQ said, “Trump tells his wealthy donors he is going to make his tax handouts for the ultra-wealthy ‘permanent’ and cut their taxes ‘even more.’” Team Harris cut off the quote right before he mentioned eliminating taxes on tips and eliminating taxes on Social Security benefits. Dale noted those are "policies that, whatever their merits or flaws, would certainly benefit people who are not wealthy."  7. An August 29 post from @KamalaHQ said, “Vance: Democrats want to attack Republicans as being anti-union and sometimes the shoe fits.” It included a five-second clip of Vance saying those words, but not the next words: "but not me, and not Donald Trump.” Shameless!  8. An August 28 post from @KamalaHQ said: “Trump operative on Project 2025: If you have principles without power, it’s meaningless. We must wield power. We must seize power.” Dale was compelled to rule "far-right activist and Trump ally Jack Posobiec" accurately noted he "never even mentioned Project 2025 in these comments." Dale has an easy number 9 for this list! The KamalaHQ account promotes itself as "Providing Context." Nothing could be further from the truth! 

As the nation reels from a second attempt on Donald Trump’s life, many conservatives are pointing an accusatory finger at the media for their role in radicalizing much of the political left. The alleged attempted assassin, Ryan Wesley Routh, posted on X in 2024 of this year that “democracy” was “on the ballot” — a line that Democrats and their corporate media allies have been chanting for almost a year. Back in 2019 when a lone gunman opened fire on Wal-Mart customers in El Paso, Texas, journalists started kicking around a fun new phrase to blame Trump for the bloodshed: “stochastic terrorism,” or the notion that one can incite political violence without ever explicitly calling for it. In so many words, the claim back then was Trump intentionally caused the shooting by stoking tensions over illegal immigration. Supposed “experts” on this brand new phenomenon, like former Obama Assistant DHS Secretary-turned-CNN analyst Juliette Kayyem, began preaching to audiences on CNN and MSNBC that Trump was deliberately engaging in stochastic terrorism.     Sounds serious! If Trump’s rhetoric about real crimes committed by illegal aliens was enough to inspire mass murder, then what might result from, for example, every major left-leaning media outlet engaging in a sustained, eight-year-long hate campaign to convince America that Donald Trump was the second coming of Hitler? Might that inspire some lunatics to take action? For once, let’s hold the media to their own standards. If Trump and JD Vance are responsible for supposed bomb threats in Springfield, Ohio, then every single person working for CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and NBC is to blame both for what unfolded this past weekend, and for the shooting two months ago in Butler, Pennsylvania. The journalists can’t have it both ways. If anyone in the media wants to accuse Trump (or any Republican) of “stochastic terrorism” ever again, they’d better first offer a heartfelt apology for intentionally inciting two psychopaths to try to kill a presidential candidate.

Like many other progressives, Bill Gates supports digital identification as a means of cracking down on internet “misinformation.” Peter Gietl, the managing editor for Blaze News' Return and Frontier Magazine, joins Jill Savage and the “Blaze News Tonight” panel to go over what digital IDs would look like for the everyday American. “We don’t have to imagine” anything, says Gietl. “We see it every single day right now in China. They have a version of digital ID in order to do anything online, and I mean everything — all banking, commerce, job is all tied to a single online ID that the government gives you, and if they decide that you're saying the wrong things or they want to turn off that digital ID, you have no recourse,” he explains. “Isn't it already the case that we sort of have digital IDs here?” asks Blaze Media’s editor in chief Matthew Peterson. “It's not official ... but we all can be traced, tracked, and presumably punished if some powerful entity wanted to.” - YouTube youtu.be “Yes, that absolutely exists,” says Gietl. “The credit card companies ... have been building this digital ID structure kind of in the background.” However, what Gates wants is a singular ID that would streamline that process and make it possible for the government to wield ultimate authority over American citizens’ online activity. Jill mentions that the first real attempt to push digital identity came about during COVID. Thankfully, it didn’t pass. Gietl reminds the panel that Bill Gates was one of the people who heavily pushed for digital IDs during the pandemic. Further, Gates is also behind testing digital ideas in Africa. “They're rolling this out in Africa as a digital ID pass, and unfortunately, a lot of the really scary stuff they kind of test in Africa because they know that the media doesn't really report on these things. And it's a great way to see how it operates in a society,” says Gietl, noting that “Gates was behind that with MasterCard.” If such extreme control measures are rolled out in the United States, Peterson wonders how people will react. “Will people just accept this?” he asks. A young black man died in a rural area of Vance County, North Carolina, but the media has apparently used details of his death to advance a racial narrative.Around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Vance County deputies were notified about a body located near Vanco Mill Road just outside Henderson, North Carolina, a city of 15,000 residents about 45 miles north of Raleigh.'The young man was not dangling from a tree. He was not swinging from a tree. The rope was wrapped around his neck. It was not a noose. There was not a knot in the rope.'Though the deceased man had no ID on him, investigators later learned that his name was Javion Magee, a 21-year-old truck driver from the Chicago area. He was found sitting with his back against a "medium-sized" tree and a rope around his neck. The other end of the rope was affixed to the tree.The detail about the rope sparked many sensational headlines. "Black man found dead with rope around his neck, NC sheriff says," read the headline from WCNC. "Black man found dead against tree with rope around his neck in NC: 'Not a lynching,' sheriff says," said another from ABC11. The News & Observer went even further and referenced lynching in its headline, even as the outlet noted Magee's death may in fact be a suicide: "As suspicions swell that Black man was lynched in NC, warrant outlines evidence of suicide."Unfortunately, the evidence released so far does suggest Magee may have taken his own life. Sheriff Curtis Brame told ABC11 that Magee had driven a truckload to a Walmart distribution center hours before his death and then apparently gone to a Walmart store to purchase several items, including the rope later found draped around his neck."There's been information put out there that there's a lynching in Vance County," Brame said. "There is not a lynching in Vance County. The young man was not dangling from a tree. He was not swinging from a tree. The rope was wrapped around his neck. It was not a noose. There was not a knot in the rope, so therefore, it was not a lynching here in Vance County."Brame, who is black, further insisted that Magee's body did not appear to be "disfigured in any form or fashion" when it was found. He told ABC11 that other evidence, such as surveillance footage from Walmart, had not yet been released as the investigation into Magee's death continues.While Brame stopped short of stating that Magee's death was a suicide, he said that foul play was not suspected.A preliminary autopsy report released on Friday was similarly inconclusive about suicide. However, the medical examiner did not find any obvious signs of defensive wounds or other scarring, only signs of hemorrhaging around the soft area of Magee's neck, Brame told ABC11.A toxicology report remains pending. Blaze News left a message for Sheriff Brame seeking more information, but that message was not returned.Candice Matthews, described by the TRiiBE as "a civil rights activist and state chair for the Texas Democratic Black Caucus" who claims to represent Magee's family, called on federal law enforcement to investigate the incident as a "hate crime.""We demand the Department of Justice to come in and investigate this. We demand the FBI to come in and investigate this as a hate crime," she said."In my opinion, it's a hate crime because this young man had no indication of suicidal ideation," she said, according to WCNC.Matthews also claimed that even though no official cause of death has been determined, the Vance County Sheriff's Office told Magee's mother and stepfather that he died by suicide."A lot of this stuff does not pass the smell test, and that's a problem," Matthews continued. "The entire family is completely mortified and they are hurt, they are. They have a lot of questions, and they just want to know what happened to their loved one."Other locals likewise suspect racism may have played a role in Magee's death. "I mean, honestly, I think we have to acknowledge that, No. 1, we do live in the South, and there's a deep history of racism and racist acts. And so people are obviously concerned about that," Khalil Gay of Henderson told ABC11.An X user account named britteney Black rose kapri, who apparently wrote a book entitled "Black Queer Hoe," similarly indicated that Magee had been "lynched." "A Black man was lynched in North Carolina this week. A Black man was lynched in North Carolina this week," kapri wrote on Wednesday.As of Monday afternoon, kapri's post has over 99,000 likes and 3.7 million impressions.Brame expressed his condolences to the family but insisted that everyone needs to exercise patience and wait for the facts to come out. "Stay out of the rumor mills," he advised.KLLM Transport Services, the company which employed Magee at the time of his death, issued a statement about Magee's passing. "We’d like to express our deepest condolences to the family. Javion was a good employee, and we’re all saddened by the loss. A fed-up Florida sheriff recently warned parents that his department will start to "perp-walk" children and release their mug shots over bogus school shooting threats. Days later, the department followed through on its warning.During a press conference last week, Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood told the community that his department has been inundated with hoax school shooting threats, noting that his office has already spent $21,000 investigating the reports.'We're going to publicly shame them and their parents.'He started the presser by stating, "This is absolutely out of control, and it ends now." Chitwood noted that over a one-day period, at least 54 tips were reported to Fortify Florida, an application that allows residents to report suspicious activity. According to Chitwood, many of the reported tips are phony."That means investigators in the school district have been running around the clock to investigate these tips, which are all turning out to be false," he explained.So far in 2024, the department has arrested seven people "for written threats to kill," Chitwood said, noting that one student was arrested for attempting to bring a loaded firearm to a school game. He also stated that 11 weapons had been brought onto school property."Since parents, you don't want to raise your kids, I'm going to start raising them," Chitwood declared.He explained that moving forward, when a child is arrested for making school threats, the department will release their mug shot and conduct a "perp-walk.""Every time we make an arrest, your kid's photo is gonna be put out there. And, if I could do it, I'm going to perp-walk your kid so that everybody can see what your kid's up to," Chitwood said. "If I can any way find out that a parent knew what was going on and wasn't doing anything, your ass is getting perp-walked with them."Chitwood stated that the department would put up a poster with photographs of every child who has been arrested and which school they attend. "From there on out, we're going to publicly shame them and their parents," he remarked. "So, parents, do your job. Don't let Sheriff Chitwood raise your kids."He called the situation "absolutely ridiculous." "Go talk to the families who have lost a loved one in a school shooting. These little knuckleheads think it's funny. Go talk to those parents and see how funny this is," Chitwood said. "It's not. We're going to come and get you. We're going to put you out for public embarrassment. And I know a set of parents right now that they're looking at $11,000 each because somebody's paying this bill."Days later, the Volusia County Sheriff's Office delivered on its promise, releasing a mug shot and a video of deputies perp-walking an 11-year-old boy into custody for allegedly threatening a school shooting. According to the department, the boy "had a written list of names and targets." He told law enforcement that "it was all a joke."Chitwood posted on X, "As promised. We just arrested a Creekside Middle School student who made threats to commit a school shooting at Creekside or Silver Sands Middle School."The post included a video and a photograph of items confiscated from the boy's house, which included "airsoft guns, fake ammunition, knives, swords and other weapons he was showing off to other students on video."The child has been charged with a felony. "I can and will release the names and photos of juveniles who are committing these felonies, threatening our students, disrupting our schools and consuming law enforcement resources," Chitwood remarked.Like Blaze News?
