Ghoulish Leftists Blame Trump For Another Assassination Attempt On His Life

On Sunday, Donald Trump became the first presidential candidate in a half century to survive two back-to-back assassination attempts. Both of these assassination attempts involved significant failures by the Secret Service. And they raise the question of whether Donald Trump, who’s currently the leading candidate for president of the United States, will survive until Election Day. That is the current state of American democracy, thanks to the self-described protectors of democracy. We know why this is happening. Donald Trump, more so than any other candidate since Nixon, is openly antagonistic to the most entrenched interests in Washington — in particular the Pentagon and the intelligence agencies. And he’s difficult to control. Donald Trump is not an easily replaceable actor like Kamala Harris, who’s only capable of reciting canned soundbites. Whether you like Donald Trump or not, everyone knows that’s true. And now that lawfare has failed, his enemies believe that they’re out of options. Assassinating Donald Trump would change the trajectory of this country forever. Assassinating any other politician would not. This is why, for the better part of a decade, the Left has attempted to establish a pretext for Trump’s assassination. They labeled Trump a traitor to the country. They said he was a double-agent working for Vladimir Putin. They branded Trump as the gravest “threat to democracy” since the Civil War. They repeatedly claimed that Trump called neo-Nazis “very fine people,” even when he said the opposite.  Even after the assassination attempt in Pennsylvania two months ago, nothing about Democrats’ plans changed. Tim Walz again labeled Trump a “fascist” and a “threat to democracy,” saying he will “put people’s lives in danger” if he returns to the White House. From the debate stage, Kamala Harris again invoked Charlottesville and repeated the “very fine people” hoax. She said Trump vowed to be a “dictator.” She told Americans that Trump had promised a “bloodbath” if he lost the election, when he was talking about the auto industry suffering a “bloodbath” in terms of job losses. That’s how flagrant the propaganda has become. But if you’re unhinged and uninformed — say, if you’re the kind of person who might try to murder a political candidate — then these kinds of lies might resonate with you. That’s why Democrats repeat them, over and over. They’re hoping someone will take their lies seriously, and act on them. And that appears to be what happened yesterday. The alleged shooter at Trump’s golf course has been identified as Ryan Routh. He’s made nearly two dozen donations to Democrats. He was also reportedly arrested for “possessing a weapon of mass destruction” — referring to a fully automatic machine gun — back in 2002. So he was on law enforcement’s radar, to put it mildly. And on social media this April, an account with Routh’s name posted this message to Joe Biden: Your campaign should be called something like KADAF. Keep America Democratic and free. Trumps should be MASA … make American slaves again master. DEMOCRACY is on the ballot and we cannot lose. We cannot afford to fail. The world is counting on us to show the way. Yes, he wrote, “democracy is on the ballot.” That’s a line you may have heard before. The gunman is reciting the exact talking points that Democrats have repeated endlessly for the past several years. In particular, the shooter also bought completely into the Democrats’ narrative on Ukraine — to the point that he recorded this interview with Newsweek. Watch:   It’s all about being “caring and kind” and “taking care of one another,” says the man who goes on to attempt an assassination. This is the level of cognitive dissonance that now defines many on the Left. These are the same people with “Love is love” lawn signs who will try to get you fired if you disagree with them. But the more important thing is that, again, the gunman is parroting exactly what Democrats are saying. He’s saying Ukraine is completely good, and Russia is completely evil, because that’s what Democrats have been saying ever since Russiagate. There’s no room for any kind of nuance. The official Democrat Party line is that we have to fight Russia overseas using Ukraine as a proxy, or else we’ll have to fight Russia on the streets in this country. Adam Schiff literally said that during the first impeachment trial. It’s insane rhetoric. But inevitably, someone was going to take it seriously. And that appears to be what Ryan Routh did. Two years ago, the Semafor reported that Ryan Routh said, “I have had partners meeting with [Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense] every week,” concerning assistance to Ukraine’s war effort. Then, one year ago, The New York Times reported that Routh had traveled to Ukraine several times — and was even working on illegal plans to recruit Taliban fighters to move to Ukraine. He also said online that he was willing to fight and die for Ukraine. This is someone who clearly believed all of the propaganda that Democrats used in order to secure that first impeachment.  WATCH: The Matt Walsh Show It’s worth mentioning at this point that we’ve already learned a lot more information about Ryan Routh than we ever learned about Thomas Crooks, who tried to murder Donald Trump in Butler. The Secret Service held a press conference just a few hours after this incident yesterday, answering a bunch of questions. But they ducked the press conference the night of the Butler shooting. At the same time, there are still a lot of unanswered questions here. Last night, Facebook apparently deleted Routh’s account, for instance. What was on that account, exactly? And what if any communications did Routh have with anyone in Ukraine, beyond what’s already been reported? Those are questions we need answers to. At the same time, it’s important to understand that Ryan Routh himself probably isn’t the biggest part of this story, just like Thomas Crooks wasn’t the biggest part of the first assassination attempt. We are not witnessing one or two lone gunmen who snapped — which is what we saw with the attempted assassinations of Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan, for example. We’re not even seeing anything similar to the assassination of John F. Kennedy, which raised a lot of questions about the potential involvement of the U.S. government. When Kennedy was murdered, the media and the security state at least pretended to be upset by it. But with Donald Trump, the opposite is happening. In fact, the media didn’t even bother to act like they were upset by the day’s events. Instead, the corporate press immediately suggested that Donald Trump bore some responsibility for his own attempted murder. Here’s MSNBC for example:   There were similar clips after the Butler shooting. There’s no accident here. These people are every bit as ghoulish as they appear. Saying Donald Trump needs to tone down his rhetoric after his own assassination attempt is like blaming a rape victim for wearing a short skirt. How about MSNBC tones down their rhetoric? How about they stop comparing Donald Trump to Hitler every other day? This kind of reaction isn’t confined to MSNBC. Last night, “60 Minutes” ran another special on January 6, once again portraying Trump as a threat to democracy. And for several hours yesterday, there was no statement from the White House condemning the attempted assassination. By the time Kamala Harris finally put out a statement on social media last night, she called it a “possible” assassination attempt — probably to encourage her followers to say it’s all a hoax. Meanwhile, top Democrats continued lying. Hakeem Jeffries, the Democrats’ leader in the House, wrote: Extreme MAGA Republicans are the party of a national abortion ban and Trump’s Project 2025. We must stop them. That was posted on Hakeem Jeffries’ account more than a half hour after gunfire was first reported at Trump’s golf course. Nothing in the statement was true. Republicans are not the party of a national abortion ban, as unfortunate as that is. And Donald Trump has repeatedly disavowed Project 2025, which is also unfortunate in some ways. These are just more lies in service of telling people that “we must stop” Trump because he’s so “extreme.” This is not the kind of rhetoric that you should be using in any context, because lying like this is irresponsible. But it’s especially galling when a Left-winger is actively in the process of trying to murder the president for the second time in two months. Am I Racist? Is In Theaters NOW — Get Your Tickets Here! And there were many reactions along these lines. Rachel Vindman wrote: “No ears were harmed. Carry on with your Sunday afternoon.” So who is Rachel Vindman? She’s the wife of Alexander Vindman, the main witness against Trump during the first impeachment — the one about Trump briefly pausing financial assistance to Ukraine. Alexander Vindman was also offered the role of Ukrainian defense minister a few years ago. For his part, after the assassination attempt yesterday, Alexander Vindman tweeted that Trump should be disqualified from office. So this whole situation certainly has the appearance of some very powerful and well-connected people who don’t want Trump to cut Ukraine’s funding again. And they apparently wouldn’t mind if Trump were killed in order to prevent that from happening. Meanwhile, NBC News went out of its way to link the shooting to Donald Trump and JD Vance’s comments on the ongoing crisis in Springfield, Ohio. They didn’t point out that Kamala Harris and Tim Walz have done everything they can to present Donald Trump as a neo-Nazi terrorist. Instead, they faulted Donald Trump and JD Vance for bringing attention to the tens of thousands of Haitians that have descended on a town of just 60,000 people. Watch:   See how this works? Donald Trump is to blame for inciting violence because he talks about problems in Springfield. But Democrats aren’t to blame for inciting violence because they talk about how Donald Trump is the next Hitler. The whole “inciting violence” thing only applies to Donald Trump. At this point I could play the footage from Chris Rufo, of what appears to be someone’s pet being grilled in Ohio. We could go through all the 911 calls about Haitians carrying geese away, or the city council testimony about ducks being beheaded and so on. But none of that’s actually important. Here’s the important point: Even if Donald Trump were completely wrong about what’s happening in Springfield, it still wouldn’t justify someone trying to murder him. It also wouldn’t justify Democrats calling Trump an existential threat to democracy who must be “stopped” or “eliminated.” There is a clear difference between a debate about what open borders are doing to this country, and a debate about whether Donald Trump should be allowed to run for office without being imprisoned or shot. The Left is having the latter debate right now. That’s the problem. Actually, to be more precise, it’s not just the Left. Neoconservatives — who are now indistinguishable from many Leftists — are joining in that debate, too. Here’s Bill Kristol for example. He wrote this several hours after it was confirmed that the shooting at the golf course was an attempted assassination: Walz should consider cancelling the debate with Vance. Vance would use his time on a national stage to slander minorities, further poison the national discourse, and incite potential violence with lies. Walz could rebut Vance’s falsehoods. But why risk the further incitement? There are thousands of posts like this, from prominent Democrats and random people. They’re all over the Internet. People are blaming Donald Trump for being shot at. It’s so pervasive that you have to wonder what’s coming next. At the press conference yesterday, the local sheriff made several comments that raise serious concerns about the Secret Service’s willingness and ability to protect Donald Trump. Here’s one of them:   In other words, there was no secure perimeter here. There was no checkpoint that the shooter had to pass through. He could just walk up to the tree-line with a rifle and set up a sniper’s nest. And if that one agent hadn’t noticed the rifle barrel, then he would have been able to shoot Donald Trump. That’s how poorly Donald Trump is being protected by the Secret Service, two months after someone tried to murder him on live television. And that’s not because it’s impossible to secure the golf course. The sheriff went on to admit that, if Donald Trump were the sitting president, the whole golf course would’ve been secured. No one with a rifle would’ve been allowed anywhere near Trump, much less within 500 yards of him. Watch:   This is the kind of “protection” that Donald Trump is receiving two months after the attempted assassination in Butler. Because he’s not the president, the Secret Service are allowing armed men with rifles to roam around in the trees by his golf course. They just don’t have the resources to set up a perimeter, I guess. There’s just no way the Secret Service has the budget to seal off the course. Everyone in the entire country knows that Joe Biden is in far less danger right now than Donald Trump. But he’s the president, and Donald Trump isn’t. Therefore, people basically get to take pot shots at Donald Trump from now until the election. That’s effectively what the sheriff is saying. There are signs that, at least, there will be an actual investigation into this attempted assassination. Last night Ron DeSantis wrote: The State of Florida will be conducting its own investigation regarding the attempted assassination at Trump International Golf Club. The people deserve the truth about the would be assassin and how he was able to get within 500 yards of the former president and current GOP nominee. Based on how the Biden administration stonewalled after the Butler shooting, this is obviously a necessary step. It shouldn’t be necessary, but it is. We have a federal government that’s actively trying to cover-up the attempted murder of Donald Trump, based on the testimony of the Secret Service director a month ago. And they’re clearly not doing their best to protect Trump now. In particular, any connections between this shooter and Ukraine need to be thoroughly investigated. We need to know how the shooter learned about Trump’s location on the golf course, especially since it wasn’t published in any schedule. And the Secret Service needs to explain why Donald Trump isn’t receiving anywhere near the level of protection he should be receiving. In the meantime, what’s necessary is for everyone in the corporate press and the Democrat Party — who has pushed all of these lies about the “end of democracy” and so on — to apologize profusely for the damage they have done to this country. Then they should resign and never hold another job in the media, or the government, ever again. Yesterday on CNN — the network that pushed so many Russiagate lies — there was one analyst who suggested that maybe some accountability might be in order. Watch:   The problem is that there are no indications this will happen. It didn’t happen after Butler, and it won’t happen now. From the rhetoric that Democrats and the media are using, it’s now abundantly clear that a lot of very powerful people want Donald Trump dead. They’re not even trying to hide it. It’s also clear that the Secret Service isn’t capable of preventing that outcome. As a result, the next two months will be unlike any other in American history. Trump supporters don’t simply have to hope that their candidate wins the election. They also have to hope that Kamala Harris supporters won’t kill their candidate. That’s what they tried to do in Butler two months ago. It’s what they tried to do on Sunday. And thanks to the self-appointed defenders of democracy in the corporate press and the leadership of the Democrat Party, it’s all but assured that before long, they will try again. Hawley Drops Report On Trump Rally Security Failures After 2nd Assassination Attempt

GOP Sen. Josh Hawley released a detailed 22-page report Monday on security failures surrounding former president Donald Trump’s July 13 Butler, Pennsylvania, rally at which the former president was shot and a rallygoer was killed. The Missouri senator’s report called the Butler security failures the “most stunning breakdown in presidential security since the assassination of President John F. Kennedy and attempted assassination of President Ronald Reagan.” The results of Hawley’s investigation come a day after Trump survived another assassination attempt, this time at his Mar-a-Lago Florida resort. ?? NEW – Following the latest assassination attempt on ⁦⁦@realDonaldTrump⁩, I’m releasing a comprehensive Whistleblower Report on the multiple failures of Secret Service & DHS – including new allegations & numerous unanswered questions due to USSS stonewalling pic.twitter.com/Rxcim9N05U — Josh Hawley (@HawleyMO) September 16, 2024 As part of the investigation, Hawley traveled to Butler and the site of the attempt on Trump’s life “to interview whistleblowers, opened up a whistleblower tip line, and encouraged those with relevant information to tell their stories.” The report reveals several previously unknown details about the July 13 assassination attempt. “The resulting findings are highly damaging to the credibility of the Secret Service and DHS. They reveal a compounding pattern of negligence, sloppiness, and gross incompetence that goes back years, all of which culminated in an assassination attempt that came inches from succeeding,” the report says. Hawley’s report alleges that the “Secret Service’s Counter Surveillance Division, which performs threat assessments of event sites, did not perform a typical evaluation of the Butler site and was not present on the day of the rally.” The report also calls the lead site agent responsible for securing the rally “incompetent.”  “That incompetence led to the placement of items like flags around the Butler stage and catwalk, impairing visibility,” the report states. It added that the “lead agent responsible for the entire Butler visit, including the rally, failed a key examination during their federal law enforcement training to become a Secret Service agent.” In addition to security problems at the rally site, the hospital that Trump was taken to was also poorly secured in the aftermath of the assassination attempt. “The hospital site where former President Trump received treatment after the shooting was poorly secured, and the hospital site agent could not answer basic questions about site security,” the report says. The report comes a day after authorities arrested suspected would-be assassin Ryan Routh, 58, after he allegedly sat in hiding in an attempt to shoot Trump as he played golf on his Mar-a-Lago course on Sunday. Routh allegedly fled the scene after Secret Service agents noticed the barrel of a gun sticking out of a fence and opened fire. Routh had previously posted about Trump on social media, saying in one comment: “While you were my choice in [2016], I and the world hoped that president Trump would be different and better than the candidate, but we all were greatly disappointment [sic] and it seems you are getting worse and devolving. I will be glad when you gone.”

ARE YOU SCARED?

When it comes to the paranormal, sometimes you are left with no choice but to believe. Sometimes there is no other explanation.I received the following submission from author Jules V. Ness:"After what I have learned to call The Lennox Haunting a haunted house that I lived in terror in for thirty eight days total, we vacated the property and moved to a different home on the outskirts of Lennox.I thought the hell was over, but I was dead wrong. Sometimes hell does not leave, it just lays dormant, waiting and watching for that exact slice in time when you’re vulnerable. That’s the moment it comes again and lets you know that you are human, and it is not. Here is part of my story.I had walked upstairs to retrieve something from my bedroom, when I heard a commotion in the bathroom. It was impossible, I was home alone. I had left the bathroom door open with the light out, but the door was now closed and I could see light filtering out from beneath it. I slowly approached it.I laid my hand on the door knob, not being sure if I had the guts to actually open it. My heart was beating so hard by then I could hear it echoing in my ears. I paused there a moment. I slowly took my hand back off of the door knob and crept back to the hall closet. My ex husband had left his old set of golf clubs there for our son, Dominick to use. I opened the closet door slowly and as quietly as I could. I reached in and quietly pulled out the first one I felt. I was still watching the bathroom door, never taking my eyes off of it fearing it would suddenly open and some stranger would come charging at me.I retrieved the club and quietly closed the door. I felt so much better from the feel of the cold metal of in my hand. I headed back down the hall to the bathroom door. I stood beside of it listening for any movement.I could not hear anything in there, not so much as a breath. I was actually starting to get angry. I felt I had been through enough of this shit. I took a deep breath and turned the handle, pushing hard, almost throwing the door with enough force that I knew the handle would dent the wall. The door banged loudly as it did precisely that, leaving a round imprint. The pressure was so great from the door that the shower curtain blew away from the tub; its movement startled me.“Who’s in here?” I asked in a very unfriendly tone, raising the golf club into the air, ready to strike if I had to.My voice echoed loudly throughout the bathroom. I heard a bit of a sound, like wind escaping or maybe it seemed more like a long deep breath. I held mine. I wanted to hear everything. I was getting tired of the fear, of the seemingly endless games. I just knew in my heart that something was there, and whatever it was, it was definitely messing with me.I saw the shower curtain flutter again, as though there was a breeze passing through it, even though there were no windows in the bathroom. I stood my ground even though my heart was thumping so hard I could feel it moving my chest with each beat.I walked over to shower curtain. It was almost completely drawn closed. I slowly reached for it, grabbed the edge of it, and then quickly, I pulled it completely open. The tub was empty. I let out a long sigh of relief, and then took a couple more long deep breaths, exhaling very slowly. It helped to slow my heartbeat down to a more comfortable level.I stepped in front of the vanity to look into the mirror. My eyes looked like those of a crazed maniac holding a golf club in the air. I stared at myself just shaking my head at myself.“What is your deal today Jolene?” I said sternly to my reflection as if it could actually answer me.Then I heard a raspy, very loud whisper directly into left my ear as though someone was standing very close, right next to me.“ARE YOU SCARED?”The voice came from seemingly nowhere. I could see from my reflection in the mirror there was no one standing beside me. It startled me so much my knees buckled, had I not grabbed the edge of the vanity to steady myself, I would certainly have fallen to the floor. The voice I heard had such a mean tone that it had chilled me to the bone. I felt a cold rush of air on the side of my head as though someone was breathing icy breaths on my cheek. I could even feel the pause between breaths. The suddenness of it had startled me so much I had dropped my golf club. I quickly bent down to retrieve my precious weapon even though I could not see anyone to use it on, it still felt very good in my hand.I straightened back up and saw myself in the mirror. I knew my reflection was telling me that I was standing there by myself but I still couldn’t help glancing directly beside me and all around the room.I was alone in the room. I laid my hand to my cheek where I had felt the breaths. My cheek was very cold to the touch.I glanced back at my reflection one more time and for a moment, just for a thousandth of a second I thought I saw another face looking back at me. It was not a face of a normal person. It was distorted, as if I were looking into one of those weird mirrors in the fun house at a carnival, and then it was gone again. It was so quick, I could not be absolutely sure if it had actually been there at all. I continued staring into the mirror; I was in too much shock to move right at that moment. It finally dawned on me to move my feet and get myself away from the mirror. I really did not want to see anymore if I could prevent it. I was shook up enough.I ran out of the bathroom pulling the door shut behind me. I headed for the stairs. I didn’t know where I was running to at that moment; all I remember was that I needed to get some distance between myself and that bathroom. This is based on a true story that began in a home I had lived in a few years beforehand in the town of Lennox." But Not on TV: CNN's Daniel Dale Lists EIGHT Fact Mangles by 'KamalaHQ' Twitter Account

On debate night, CNN “fact checker” Daniel Dale suggested that Kamala Harris might have fudged the truth just once in her ABC cuddle/debate -- at least 33 by Trump, at least one by Harris. If you see Dale's face on TV, he's probably trashing the Republicans. (On Sunday, seen to the right, it was Springfield-pouncing in the 2 pm hour.) Online on Saturday, Dale dug into the Harris X/Twitter account and its mangling of Trump. The headline: Fact check: Harris campaign social media account has repeatedly deceived with misleading edits and captions We haven't found any of this on CNN's air so far. Dale began: A social media account run by Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign has been repeatedly deceptive. The @KamalaHQ account, which has more than 1.3 million followers on the X social media platform formerly known as Twitter, has made a habit of misleadingly clipping and inaccurately captioning video clips to attack former President Donald Trump. Oh, is that right? What would Dale select for public rebuke? He selected eight! 1. An August 17 post from @KamalaHQ strongly suggested Trump had gotten confused about what state he was in during an event in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The post said, “Trump: Would that be okay, North Carolina? (He is in Pennsylvania).” Trump was acknowledging North Carolina natives AT the Pennsylvania rally. 2. On Thursday, the @KamalaHQ account made a new attempt to suggest that Trump was confused about his location. Its post said, “Trump: ‘Pennsylvania, remember this when you have to go to vote’ (He is in Arizona).” But Trump was telling Arizonans about a Pennsylvania town facing a big influx of Haitian migrants. Dale ruled: "@KamalaHQ eliminated the context that would allow people to develop an informed opinion on this remark." 3. A Friday post from @KamalaHQ said, “Trump says ‘nothing was done wrong’ in Charlottesville in 2017 when neo-Nazis chanted ‘Jews will not replace us’ and killed an innocent woman.” But Trump was responding to how people mischaracterize his “very fine people on both sides” remark in Charlottesville, not saying that nothing wrong happened in Charlottesville.  4. On Thursday, the @KamalaHQ account posted a nine-second video clip of Sen. JD Vance, Trump’s running mate, speaking in an interview. The account wrote: “Q: Would you consider privatizing veterans health care? Vance: I think I’d consider it.” The extended Vance quote shows he said he would consider giving veterans greater flexibility to use private health care. but that he does not want to eliminate federal health care provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs. 5. Dale noted the @KamalaHQ account frequently invokes Project 2025, the Heritage Foundation think tank’s right-wing policy proposals for the next Republican administration. An August 30 post from @KamalaHQ said, “Trump says he plans to bring back laws from 100+ years ago, echoing Project 2025: ‘We don’t pass laws like that. They are tough.’” The post included a seven-second clip of Trump speaking in Pennsylvania. "But the full video of the rally shows Trump was not even talking about Project 2025 or his future plans." 6. A September 5 post from @KamalaHQ said, “Trump tells his wealthy donors he is going to make his tax handouts for the ultra-wealthy ‘permanent’ and cut their taxes ‘even more.’” Team Harris cut off the quote right before he mentioned eliminating taxes on tips and eliminating taxes on Social Security benefits. Dale noted those are "policies that, whatever their merits or flaws, would certainly benefit people who are not wealthy."  7. An August 29 post from @KamalaHQ said, “Vance: Democrats want to attack Republicans as being anti-union and sometimes the shoe fits.” It included a five-second clip of Vance saying those words, but not the next words: "but not me, and not Donald Trump.” Shameless!  8. An August 28 post from @KamalaHQ said: “Trump operative on Project 2025: If you have principles without power, it’s meaningless. We must wield power. We must seize power.” Dale was compelled to rule "far-right activist and Trump ally Jack Posobiec" accurately noted he "never even mentioned Project 2025 in these comments." Dale has an easy number 9 for this list! The KamalaHQ account promotes itself as "Providing Context." Nothing could be further from the truth!

Yes, Journalists Calling Trump a ‘Threat to Democracy’ Is Incitement

As the nation reels from a second attempt on Donald Trump’s life, many conservatives are pointing an accusatory finger at the media for their role in radicalizing much of the political left. The alleged attempted assassin, Ryan Wesley Routh, posted on X in 2024 of this year that “democracy” was “on the ballot” — a line that Democrats and their corporate media allies have been chanting for almost a year. Back in 2019 when a lone gunman opened fire on Wal-Mart customers in El Paso, Texas, journalists started kicking around a fun new phrase to blame Trump for the bloodshed: “stochastic terrorism,” or the notion that one can incite political violence without ever explicitly calling for it. In so many words, the claim back then was Trump intentionally caused the shooting by stoking tensions over illegal immigration. Supposed “experts” on this brand new phenomenon, like former Obama Assistant DHS Secretary-turned-CNN analyst Juliette Kayyem, began preaching to audiences on CNN and MSNBC that Trump was deliberately engaging in stochastic terrorism.     Sounds serious! If Trump’s rhetoric about real crimes committed by illegal aliens was enough to inspire mass murder, then what might result from, for example, every major left-leaning media outlet engaging in a sustained, eight-year-long hate campaign to convince America that Donald Trump was the second coming of Hitler? Might that inspire some lunatics to take action? For once, let’s hold the media to their own standards. If Trump and JD Vance are responsible for supposed bomb threats in Springfield, Ohio, then every single person working for CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and NBC is to blame both for what unfolded this past weekend, and for the shooting two months ago in Butler, Pennsylvania. The journalists can’t have it both ways. If anyone in the media wants to accuse Trump (or any Republican) of “stochastic terrorism” ever again, they’d better first offer a heartfelt apology for intentionally inciting two psychopaths to try to kill a presidential candidate.

Digital IDs to surf the internet?! Here’s how it could happen

Like many other progressives, Bill Gates supports digital identification as a means of cracking down on internet “misinformation.” Peter Gietl, the managing editor for Blaze News' Return and Frontier Magazine, joins Jill Savage and the “Blaze News Tonight” panel to go over what digital IDs would look like for the everyday American. “We don’t have to imagine” anything, says Gietl. “We see it every single day right now in China. They have a version of digital ID in order to do anything online, and I mean everything — all banking, commerce, job is all tied to a single online ID that the government gives you, and if they decide that you're saying the wrong things or they want to turn off that digital ID, you have no recourse,” he explains. “Isn't it already the case that we sort of have digital IDs here?” asks Blaze Media’s editor in chief Matthew Peterson. “It's not official ... but we all can be traced, tracked, and presumably punished if some powerful entity wanted to.” - YouTube youtu.be “Yes, that absolutely exists,” says Gietl. “The credit card companies ... have been building this digital ID structure kind of in the background.” However, what Gates wants is a singular ID that would streamline that process and make it possible for the government to wield ultimate authority over American citizens’ online activity. Jill mentions that the first real attempt to push digital identity came about during COVID. Thankfully, it didn’t pass. Gietl reminds the panel that Bill Gates was one of the people who heavily pushed for digital IDs during the pandemic. Further, Gates is also behind testing digital ideas in Africa. “They're rolling this out in Africa as a digital ID pass, and unfortunately, a lot of the really scary stuff they kind of test in Africa because they know that the media doesn't really report on these things. And it's a great way to see how it operates in a society,” says Gietl, noting that “Gates was behind that with MasterCard.” If such extreme control measures are rolled out in the United States, Peterson wonders how people will react. “Will people just accept this?” he asks.
