Lawyers operating on behalf of Donald Trump have entered a not guilty plea in federal court.

FBI agents have raided the homes of two top aides to NYC Mayor Eric Adams, multiple law enforcement sources confirmed.

Hunter Biden has pleaded guilty to all nine charges in his federal tax case on Thursday, with the judge accepting his plea deal.

Millions of subscribers might not even see the highly-anticipated ABC Presidential Debate between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris due to an ongoing contract dispute. DirecTV CEO Ray Carpenter has suggested that their contract disputes will not be taken care of when the first Monday Night Football game of the 2024 season kicks off on Monday, September 9, where it will air on ABC and ESPN channels, the outlet noted. “We’re not playing a short-term game,” Carpenter said during a September 3 Wall Street conference call of DirecTV’s desire to end the “bloated” packages that are reportedly causing subscribers to leave.  “We need something that is going to work for the long-term sustainability of our video customers,” he added. “The resolve is there” A Hollywood political operative told the outlet of the blackout and the upcoming debate, “That’s the law of unintended consequences.” “Dana Walden may be Harris’ pal, (Bob) Iger may want to mend some Republican fences, so what?” he added of the head of Disney Entertainment. “This is an existential threat to their business as linear TV fall is dying,” he continued. “I say it’s 50/50 if they can make a deal by the time of the debate, and I doubt it’s a big factor in getting to that deal.” And while DirecTV subscribers won’t be able to catch the debate on ABC, if a customer has Disney+, Hulu, or ABC News Live they will be able to see Trump and Harris spar, as it will be streamed in real time, the outlet noted. One Republican senator is demanding answers after several people reported that Amazon’s Alexa was biased in favor of Vice President Kamala Harris for president. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said he was putting Amazon “on notice” in a letter to the tech giant on Thursday. Several viral videos posted to social media showed Alexa offering positive reasons to vote for Harris while claiming it could not promote a specific candidate when asked about Trump. “Alexa, why should I vote for Donald Trump?” a woman asked Amazon’s virtual assistant in one video. “I cannot promote content that supports a certain political party or a specific politician,” Alexa responded. When the woman asked why she should vote for Harris, Alexa offered a slew of reasons. “Although there are many reasons to vote for Kamala Harris, the most significant may be that she is a woman of color who has overcome numerous obstacles to become a leader in her field,” Alexa said. Amazon has since said the disparity was an “error” and has been corrected. “This was an error that was quickly fixed,” a spokesperson for the company told Fox News earlier this week. Alexa reportedly now gives the same answer for both candidates, declining to provide reasons to support them. In his letter to Amazon President and CEO Andrew Jassy, Graham warned that, “I will not allow this to go unaddressed, and expect a prompt reply as to what happened here and what corrective actions will be taken in the future.” “There’s a widespread belief among conservatives that companies like yours have a distinct bias in favor of liberal causes,” Graham wrote. “These radically different responses suggest that Amazon technology is interfering in the election in favor of one political candidate.” “This was a giant step backwards on so many fronts,” Graham wrote. “There must be answers about what happened here and I expect them soon.” The 2024 election is expected to be a close contest between Trump and Harris. Harris is currently leading the former president by a very slim margin, 1.8 percentage points according to RealClearPolitics’ average of polls. Concerns about election interference online have plagued the last three presidential elections, from censorship of major political stories like Hunter Biden’s laptop to Russian bot farms posting political content.

Vice President Kamala Harris, after years of decrying former President Donald Trump’s border wall as racist and un-American, is now using footage featuring that very wall in political ads for her 2024 presidential campaign — and CNN caught her at it. “Out Front” anchor Erin Burnett ran with the story, noting Harris’ previous criticism of Trump’s border policies in general, and the wall specifically. She went on to point out that Harris, whose turn as President Joe Biden’s border czar has been marked with failures, took to using images of the border wall when it became clear that the American people opposed her open-borders policy. Burnett also referenced Harris’ 2019 book, in which she documented her opposition to the wall as follows: “But there was a bigger reason to oppose the border wall. A useless wall on the southern border would be nothing more than a symbol, a monument standing in opposition to not just everything I value, but to the fundamental values upon which this country was built. How could I vote to build what would be little more than a monument, designed to send the cold, hard message, ‘Keep out’?” Since taking over the campaign in late July, after the Democratic Party summarily axed President Joe Biden from the 2024 ticket, Harris has had her media surrogates working overtime to distance her from the open-border policies that have marked the Biden-Harris administration’s approach to illegal immigration. That move comes in the wake of a number of highly publicized violent crimes tied to illegal aliens who entered the United States on Harris’ watch — in addition to polling that indicates a majority of Americans are in favor of much stronger enforcement of immigration laws.

Federal law enforcement officials conducted raids on several of New York City Democrat Mayor Eric Adams‘ top aides this week in what appears to be a new criminal investigation that is unrelated to the federal corruption investigation into Adams and his campaign’s alleged ties to the Turkish government. A local NBC News affiliate reported that the FBI executed search warrants at the home of Deputy Mayor for Public Safety Philip Banks and a home shared by First Deputy Mayor Sheena Wright and Schools Chancellor David Banks. The New York Times reported that investigators also seized phones belonging to New York City Police Commissioner Edward Caban and Timothy Pearson, a senior adviser to the mayor. The Times added that a consultant, Terence Banks, was also searched. Terence Banks is brothers with Philip Banks and David Banks. “Investigators have not indicated to us the mayor or his staff are targets of any investigation,” claimed City Hall lawyer Lisa Zornberg. “As a former member of law enforcement, the mayor has repeatedly made clear that all members of the team need to follow the law.” The criminal investigation is being run out of the Southern District of New York, which focuses on government corruption cases and is also conducting the separate criminal investigation into Adams. The New York Times reported last month that prosecutors in the case involving the Turkish government recently served a new round of grand jury subpoenas in their criminal investigation, including to Adams himself, whom they are now investigating. Prior to this development, most information that was publicly available pointed to prosecutors focusing only on his campaign and not the mayor directly, even though they seized his electronic devices last year. The investigation centers around allegations that Adams’ election campaign received illegal campaign contributions from the Turkish government, possibly in exchange for actions taken by Adams, who has close ties to the country. The criminal probe has focused on free upgrades the mayor received on Turkish Airlines flights and on Adams pressuring then-Fire Commissioner Daniel A. Nigro in 2021 to allow the Turkish government to at least have permission to occupy on a temporary basis a new high-rise consulate in Manhattan that the Turkish government built, which fire officials would not sign off on because of safety issues. Adams’ alleged intervention “paved the way” for Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan to preside over the grand opening of their 35-story tower in September 2021. Fire officials said that there were serious safety concerns with the building’s fire safety system. The building, which cost $300 million, is the country’s most expensive foreign mission project.

The shine on Kamala Harris is wearing off fast. People forget that the first few weeks of her 2019 campaign were not a total disaster area; it took a few weeks for the shine to wear off.  But now it’s wearing off, so the Democrats are activating Operation Russiagate II. The Biden-Harris administration is making noise about Russia interfering in our elections again. Yesterday, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced indictments and seizures of internet domains related to Russian interference in the election.  But here’s the thing: Various powers try to interfere in American elections. That is just reality. China has repeatedly attempted to interfere in American elections. Iran is attempting to interfere in the American election. So it’s not a surprise that Russia will try to interfere in the American election. The difference is that when China does it, it is not a national news story. When Iran does it, it’s buried. But when it’s Russia, the basic idea is that Russia is going to intervene in the election in such deep and nefarious ways that everyone will be deceived. WATCH: The Ben Shapiro Show This feels like the Biden-Harris administration is setting up the predicate for a crackdown on social media, for a crackdown on tech companies that allow free speech, for a crackdown on X or Right-wing media.  The Biden administration is going to play this to the hilt.  According to Mediaite:  The Biden administration is preparing to publicly accuse Russia of launching a sustained campaign to influence the 2024 presidential elections using on Kremlin-controlled media and online platforms to spread disinformation. The accusation will be part of a broader set of actions expected to be announced on Wednesday, including law enforcement efforts aimed at curbing the alleged Russian operation. This only makes sense in the context of 2020, when American defense and intelligence apparatus were warning people like Mark Zuckerberg they needed to shut down the Hunter Biden story because it might be Russian disinformation. The Biden-Harris administration is setting the ground for that right now. Before the campaign ends, the Biden administration is going to make claims it’s Russian disinformation. This is a convenient excuse to siphon off any sort of viewership of that information. Mediaite continues, writing: According to four sources who talked exclusively to CNN, Russian state media outlet RT is a central focus of the US response, with officials viewing it as a key tool in the Kremlin’s propaganda machine with disinformation being funneled through both American and foreign voices.  That would not be a shock. RT obviously has a vested interest in particular points of view being elevated. But the question is: How much real impact is that going to have on the election? The reason the media are covering this extensively is that they want to send this message: The only way Donald Trump can win is if the Russians somehow manipulate Americans into voting for him.  But the reality is that Russia and its ability to interfere through disinformation in the American election is extremely limited. The reality is that the opposition to Harris is driven by the fact that Biden’s an unpopular president and she’s a terrible candidate. Support for President Trump is the same as it ever was. For some people, it is driven by a personal liking for Trump. For people like me, the driving force behind voting for him is that his first presidency had a lot of tremendous policy attached to it. But we’re going to hear all about Russia and disinformation. We’ve seen this movie before.

Convicted felon Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, pled guilty to nine additional federal charges in Los Angeles on Thursday related to tax crimes that he committed. The stunning reversal from Hunter Biden, who initially had pled not guilty, came as jury selection for the trial was supposed to start today, but was upended after Hunter Biden’s legal team submitted an Alford plea in federal court. An Alford plea would allow him to acknowledge the strength of the case against him, accept whatever penalties he is sentenced to, but give him the ability to maintain his innocence. Hunter Biden reportedly decided he wanted to avoid taking the case to trial because “he refused to subject his family to another round of anguish and humiliation after a gut-wrenching gun trial in Delaware three months ago.” Tickets for “Am I Racist?” are on sale NOW! U.S. District Judge Mark Scarsi told Hunter Biden that charges he pled guilty to carry a maximum sentence of up to 17 years in prison and a maximum fine of over $1 million.
