Hamas terrorist leader Yahya Sinwar, who is reported to have dressed as a woman in order to evade Israeli intelligence, is reportedly losing support from other terror groups in Gaza and has surrounded himself with 22 handcuffed hostages underground as human shields. Israel officials have said they have had several opportunities to kill Sinwar but have not done so due to the threat to the hostages. The terrorist groups Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, the Mujahideen Brigades, the al-Nasser Salah al-Deen Brigades, and the al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, have reportedly terminated communication with Sinwar because they want any deal with Israel to include the release of Palestinian terrorists from their groups held in Israeli prisons to be released along with Hamas terrorists there, while Sinwar prioritizes Hamas terrorists, the Jewish Chronicle reported. Two college students sued the Biden-Harris administration on Wednesday, saying that the Department of Education is illegally denying them eligibility for a scholarship program because they are white.  The lawsuit was filed by the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL). WILL filed the suit on behalf of University of Wisconsin-Madison student Benjamin Rothove, University of North Dakota student Avery Durfee, and the Young America’s Foundation. The suit says that the Education Department’s $60 million Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program violates the equal protection rights of white, Asian, Jewish, and Arab students. According to the program’s stipulations, applicants must be from a group “underrepresented” in graduate education, or else be a low-income, first-generation college student.  The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota, asks a judge to block the Biden admin from enforcing any race-based eligibility requirements and to inform all applicable institutions that such qualifications are unconstitutional. According to a copy of the suit shared with The Daily Wire, both Rothove and Durfee received emails from their colleges telling them they couldn’t apply for the McNair scholarship because they were white. “We want this case to set the precedent that when a student is in college there can’t be any differing treatment of the student based on race. There can’t be any privileges given or advantages or benefits at all,” WILL deputy counsel Dan Lennington told The Daily Wire on Wednesday. “We think this is a very broad attack on the Biden-Harris administration’s plan to push DEI into our colleges even further.”  Tickets for “Am I Racist?” are on sale NOW! While certain low-income white and Asian students could get the McNair scholarship, no such barriers exist for black and Hispanic students. The federal definition of an underrepresented group for graduate programs includes black, Hispanic, American Indian, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiians, and Native American Pacific Islanders.  Lennington said that the Biden-Harris administration was effectively telling students who aren’t black or Hispanic they were not needed or wanted in graduate education.  “I’ve worked unbelievably hard throughout my undergraduate career and have wanted to go to graduate school my entire life,” Durfee said in a statement shared with The Daily Wire. “Being told that I didn’t qualify for the McNair program because I’m white seemed completely wrong. This sends the wrong message to young Americans everywhere.” Young America’s Foundation President and former Wisconsin governor Scott Walker said his group was proud to be involved in the legal challenge. Podcaster Joe Rogan slammed MSNBC on Tuesday after the leftist media outlet posted a clip of Rogan late last month that made it appear that he praised Vice President Kamala Harris when he was talking about former Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard. MSNBC’s TikTok account posted a clip taken from the “Joe Rogan Experience” podcast in late July before adding a disclaimer that read, “We have removed an earlier version of this post that incorrectly implied Joe Rogan was talking more about Vice President Kamala Harris. He was referring to Tulsi Gabbard,” The New York Post reported. MSNBC’s clip of Rogan has since been deleted. Unbelievable. MSNBC deceptively edited this clip to make it look like Joe Rogan is fawning over Kamala Harris. “She is a strong woman. Reports of Rogan endorsing Kennedy swirled after the podcaster praised the independent candidate. However, skateboarding champion Arisa Trew has a particularly unusual request: a pet duck! It seems that, along with competing in the Olympics, owning one of these water birds has been a long-held dream of hers. Now, it’s about to become a reality! Speaking to the press after her incredible victory, Arisa Trew revealed that she had asked her parents for a pet duck to celebrate. Before winning the women’s park skateboarding event during the Paris Olympics, Trew was already making a name for herself as an athlete. At 13, she became the first woman to perform a 720 in competition at Tony Hawk’s Vert Alert in Salt Lake City. Sky News tells us that, by taking home an Olympic gold medal, she’s making history yet again by becoming the youngest Australian ever to do so. If that doesn’t deserve a duck, we don’t know what does! Thanks to this radio station, Arisa Trew got a preview of duck ownership. Triple M Gold, a radio station from Trew’s home city, Gold Coast, decided to surprise the teenager with a gift of their own. While they couldn’t give the skateboarder a pet duck outright, the station’s morning hosts did bring in a bunch of these animals for a visit during the girl’s appearance on their show. You’ve never seen a bigger smile on a young woman’s face! 7NEWS Adelaide shared that Arisa Trew would be getting her pet duck from the same farm that loaned the radio station some friendly birds for the day. According to Sky News, the young skateboarding champion is already planning activities with her future pet. She’s especially looking forward to teaching the bird to ride a skateboard! Obviously, becoming a duck owner is going to be a lot of work. Both the teen and her parents will have to do plenty of research on how to care for these animals before bringing one into their home.
