Michael Keaton has been in tons of iconic films over the years. But his role as Beetlejuice may be one of his most popular. Although the film premiered in 1988, the highly anticipated sequel is finally releasing on September 6, just ahead of the Halloween season. Perfect timing! But until then, the cast has lots of interviews and events to attend. Luckily for the movie’s biggest fans, they have opportunities to attend some of these events. One in particular allowed the actors to interact with them. While there were tons of fans gathered together, each wanting a moment with the stars, one stuck out the most. This fan was wearing quite a Beetlejuice costume, and it was one that Michael Keaton himself couldn’t believe. At first, Keaton is focused on other fans. But as soon as someone points out the one with the Beetlejuice costume, he goes all out to make sure this person understands how much he loves their costume. We don’t get to see it in this video, unfortunately, but the costume is said to have included a crocheted sandworm hat. Needless to say, this moment is one the major Beetlejuice fan will never forget. This interaction also solidified for folks why they adore this actor oh-so much. “Protect this man at all costs,” a fan says in the comment section, with another adding, “He seems like such a kind person if you got the chance to meet him.” “Something about Michael Keaton is comforting,” a third person shares, “guess it’s like remembering the good times from childhood.” You can find the source of this story’s featured image here!
