Folks like Rainbolt can locate almost anything in the world using GeoGuessr. Initially designed for game maps, GeoGuessr uses images on Google Maps to pinpoint locations. The player pinpoints the location using images and Google Street View clues. In the example, the mountain range is the defining feature. The distinctive mountain range in the provided image is identical to the one in the GeoGuessr game map image from Google Maps. Although tree lines may vary over time due to natural growth, the contours of the mountains remain the same for centuries.
