Forza Horizon 4 Steam player count jumps 600% after delist shock

Let it never be said that gamers lack passion. On Tuesday June 25, Playground Games confirmed that Forza Horizon 4 would be delisted from all digital stores owing to licensing issues. The DLC vanished immediately. The base game will be gone before the end of 2024. One of the best racers ever made is about to Tokyo drift into the annals of videogame history - but not without a proper send off. In light of the delisting shock, the Forza Horizon 4 Steam reviews are surging and the player count has hit a massive new high. Dying Light 2’s price hits new historical low in big sale

Talking about zombies and parkour makes me feel like that meme of Doctor Manhattan sat on Mars. It is 2006. I am eight years old. Zombies and parkour are the biggest pop culture phenomena on Earth. It is 2024. I am 25 years old. Zombies and parkour have been mushed together in Dying Light 2. The game is 60% off on Steam. It rocks. EverQuest Got Rid Of Group Finders Because It Was Removing The Sense Of Community, Says Creative Director

The MMO catalog is as healthy as its ever been in the gaming industry, and its an endeavor Amazon has become familiar with in recent years through Throne & Liberty, despite the studio looking beyond the genre for future projects. One element thats often crucial to an MMOs blueprint is the community spirit, which is a component the EverQuest 2 creative director holds in high regard.

Spider-Man Fans Are Still Mad You Cant Enter The Garage In Insomniacs Newest Update

Marvels Spider-Man 2 was the superhero event of 2023, beating a majority of the released MCU movies in terms of story and overall hype. Over half a year later, fans are still finding hidden Easter eggs in the epic sequel, including an incredible Venom detail hiding within the PS5 controller, and some are also frustrated that a new patch has kept certain areas of New York City out of bounds for the web-slinger.

Apple will soon offer better support for third-party iPhone displays and batteries

Photo by Dan Seifert / The Verge Apple’s putting renewed focus on its repairability efforts today. The company has extended its self-service diagnostics tool to Europe, giving customers in 32 countries an easier way to test products for potential issues. But perhaps more interesting is the fact that Apple also published a new whitepaper — “Longevity, by Design” (PDF link) — that explains “the company’s principles for designing for longevity.” I’m sure there’ll be a lot of analysis about every page, but within the paper is actually some news: Apple says that later this year, it will extend more software features to third-party iPhone components. True Tone, the feature that adjusts an iPhone display’s white balance to better match your environment, has typically been... Continue reading…

PDF organizer Stack is the latest app to hit the Google graveyard

Screenshot: Google Stack, one of Google’s experimental Android apps, is due to disappear on September 24th. A product of Google’s Area 120 incubator, Stack was one of those overlooked gems that was just, well, useful: it allowed you to create or import PDFs and store them in different categories that it called Stacks: tax, insurance, medical, etc. The app would pick up data from the PDF to suggest a title, add searchable details like the date of the document, the amount (if it was a receipt), or the organization that issued it, and there was also a field to add notes. According to Google’s support page, Stack’s “functionality has been incorporated into the Google Drive app.” As someone who used Stack to save and then easily locate a number of PDFs that I...
