BREAKING: Vivek Confirms He Will Be In Attendance At Thursday Night’s Debate!

This is a breaking news alert! President Trump revealed earlier this week that his VP choice will be in attendance at Thursday night’s big debate. So speculation has been swirling about who it will be, and whether we will get the full announcement on Thursday night or just a whittling of the field to those confirmed to be in attendance. My initial top choice was Kari Lake. She seems cut from the same cloth, a Trump 2.0. But she never seemed to be in the running, focusing instead on her Senate Race. And boy will she be an asset in the Senate! So then we looked at the rest of the field and I honestly don’t see a lot of people I like, at least not for VP. I see plenty of fine Republicans, but no one that has that same DNA as Trump and Lake…..except and until Vivek came along. Initially I was not sold, he was saying all the right things but he felt like Obama 2.0. But then the more we learned about him, the more I started to really like him. And it wasn’t just what he said, it was what he DID. He was a fearless leader, doing what he thought was right and not answering to anyone else, definitely not to pollsters. He leads just like Trump. And he’s the only candidate out there who I can firmly say is America-First MAGA. And that’s what President Trump needs….and “insurance policy” that if they take him out somehow, the backup is just as much of a badass — if not even more so! Not to say Vivek is better than Trump, but he does have perhaps even wilder platform issues, like shutting down 90% of the Federal Government! I think Vivek has Javier Milei vibes, some of what are even more extreme than President Trump. And that’s what we need in a VP for this second term. We need a wild man! We need an Executive who can actually get stuff done! We need a righthand man! Not another milquetoast Mike Pence, and with all due respect to Doug Burgum, I agree with this Tweet from the Hodgetwins 100%: Doug Burgum = Mike Pence 2.0 — Hodgetwins (@hodgetwins) June 25, 2024 So with that in mind, I was so excited when I saw this news just break…. Vivek is going to be there on Thursday night! #BREAKING: Vivek Ramaswamy has CONFIRMED that he will be attending the Trump v. Biden debate Thursday night in Atlanta Trump has said his VP will be in attendance Could Vivek be Trump’s VP?! pic.twitter.com/7tYlMzPXXa — Nick Sortor (@nicksortor) June 25, 2024 BREAKING REPORT: Vivek Ramaswamy has now CONFIRMED that he will be in attendance at the Trump Biden debate.. Trump has indicated he has made his choice and that his Vice Presidential pick WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE at Thursday Nights CNN debate in Atlanta.. THOUGHTS? https://t.co/mbQN4CqVld pic.twitter.com/BJNOfZtmyR — Chuck Callesto (@ChuckCallesto) June 25, 2024 So those are my thoughts, but I want to hear from you… Tell me what you think: NATIONAL POLL: Would You Support a Trump/Vivek Ticket? There is a lot of information floating around right now, and some of it is almost certainly disinformation leaking to keep everyone off the scent. So which report is right? We’ll find out soon enough. Just yesterday, this was the scoop — which did NOT include Vivek: Trump Narrows VP List to Three Finalists Right before a rally in Philadelphia, Trump had announced that he had already made up his mind. Looks like he’s picked his VP. But who could it be? Reports are coming in that the list of contenders for this coveted number two spot has been narrowed down. The three possible candidates are: North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum. Ohio Senator J.D. Vance. Florida Senator Marco Rubio. That’s it, apparently. Hey, where’s Pence on that list? UPDATE: More Details Emerge as President Trump Narrows Running Mate List to Three Candidates READ: https://t.co/GXVuJ2l5Ow pic.twitter.com/zc112Li7Vb — The Gateway Pundit (@gatewaypundit) June 24, 2024 Trump’s top 3 picks for VP are Ohio Senator J.D. Vance, Florida Senator Marco Rubio, and North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum. Follow: @AFpost pic.twitter.com/l6r0N69mfQ — AF Post (@AFpost) June 24, 2024 For those that don’t know, the first one pictured above is Doug Burgum, then J.D. Vance and Marco Rubio. The Gateway Pundit reports: Anticipation over selection over who President Trump will select as his running-mate reached fever pitch over the weekend as the 45th President proclaimed just before a rally in Philadelphia he had already made the pick in his mind. Now, reports have emerged that the list of contenders for the coveted number two spot has narrowed. NewsNation has learned Trump has finalized his list to three candidates: North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum, Ohio Senator J.D. Vance, and Florida Senator Marco Rubio. CNN and NBC have also revealed the same three names are finalists on Trump’s list. Trump’s original list also included Senators Tim Scott (R-SC) and Tom Cotton (R-AR), Representatives Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Elise Stefanik (R-NY), as well as former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson in addition to the three finalists. NBC further reports that the choice will likely come down to Burgum and Vance. NBC notes that Burgum has made a massive impression on Trump, particularly with his loyalty, looks, and wealth. Another point in Burgum’s favor is that his understated demeanor means there’s no risk of him outshining the 45th President. Trump wants workhorses to help advance his agenda, not folks looking to rush to the cameras. Moreover, Burgum will also be in attendance at Trump’s debate with Joe Biden this Thursday according to NewsNation. This is potentially significant because Trump has said that his pick would be at the showdown. It is unknown at this point whether Vance and Rubio will be in attendance as well. Here’s Doug Burgum recently on CNN: Doug Burgum just went on CNN, shut down Kaitlan Collins’ argument that Trump would be a “dictator” & turned the argument against Biden Mentions Biden’s many executive orders, bypassing of Congress & ignoring the SCOTUS ruling on student loan forgiveness pic.twitter.com/KzlJfqdTHE — johnny maga (@_johnnymaga) June 23, 2024 Sounds like Burgum really helped turn around his state. Kevin O’Leary says Doug Burgum convinced him to make his most successful investment ever — in the American heartland “Very few Americans know that the richest citizens in the country for sovereign wealth live in North Dakota. Doug Burgum did that… …Trump could say to Burgum,… pic.twitter.com/X60JURVCAH — johnny maga (@_johnnymaga) June 24, 2024 Who’s your choice, even if not on this list? CNN’s Debate Moderators: Don’t Expect Fairness

CNN’s Debate Moderators: Don’t Expect Fairness

A lot of controversy is breaking out over the moderators in the presidential debate. Attacking the moderators is a popular debate strategy, and in this particular case, it would be worth it to Trump to engage in such a strategy. The moderators are Dana Bash and Jake Tapper, who are obviously and strongly oriented against Trump. Tapper clearly does not like Trump; he likens him to Adolf Hitler. Last December, Tapper stated, “The dehumanizing rhetoric of Adolf Hitler is once again alive and well on a national political stage. This time, of course, in the United States.” That same month, he also said, “Trump, a couple of times over the weekend, referred to immigrants from South America, Africa, and Asia, he did not mention Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia as ‘poisoning the blood of our country,’ which if it’s not hyperbole, that does very directly echo Adolf Hitler’s language before World War II, before the Holocaust.”  Further, Tapper commented, “If you would open up a copy of Hitler’s ‘Mein Kampf,’ you would find the Nazi leader describing the mixing of non-Germans with Germans as poisoning. … There’s really no other way to say it. Donald Trump’s language mirrors this directly.”  After the first presidential debate in 2020, Tapper and Bash had this exchange: Tapper: That was a hot mess, inside a dumpster fire, inside a train wreck. That was the worst debate I have ever seen. In fact, it wasn’t even a debate. It was a disgrace. And it’s primarily because of President Trump, who spent the entire time interrupting, not abiding by the rules he agreed to, lying, maliciously attacking the son of the Vice President. Dana Bash: You just took the words out of my mouth. You used some high-minded language. I’m just going to say it like it is: that was a s***show! Tapper: The President does not think he’s going to win this election. And he wants to bring the rest of us down with him. On Election Night 2020, Tapper stated, “For tens of millions of our fellow Americans, their long national nightmare is over.” After Biden’s 2024 State of the Union Speech, Bash crowed, “They wanted him to be a fighter, and, boy, a fight did he deliver.” WATCH: The Ben Shapiro Show CNN’s Kasie Hunt interviewed Trump surrogate Karoline Leavitt, and they had a bit of a brawl because Leavitt pointed out these moderators are strongly oriented against Trump and Hunt got mad at this. Their exchange got a bit heated:  Leavitt: President Trump is knowingly going into a hostile environment on this very network, on CNN, with debate moderators who have made their opinions about him very well-known over the past eight years in their biased coverage of him. So, President Trump is willing to bring his message to every corner of this country, to voters, to ensure that he wins this election in November. He looks forward to doing that. And I know the American public look forward to hearing from him. Hunt: So, I’ll just say, my colleagues, Jake Tapper and Dana Bash, have acquitted themselves as professional as they have covered campaigns and interviewed candidates from all sides of the aisle. I’ll also say that if you talk to analysts of debates previous, that if you’re attacking the moderators, you’re usually losing. So, I really want to focus on what these two men are going to do and say when they stand on the stage. Their conversation continued: Leavitt: It would take someone five minutes to Google Jake Tapper Donald Trump to see that Jake Tapper has frequently likened President Trump to Adolf Hitler. Hunt: If you are here to speak on his behalf, I’m willing to have this conversation. Leavitt: I am stating facts that your colleagues have stated in the past. Now, as for this debate, the expectation for — Hunt: I’m sorry, guys, we’re going to come back out to the panel. Karoline, thank you very much for your time. You are welcome to come back at any point. She is welcome to come back and speak about Donald Trump. So why aren’t you allowed to talk about the moderators? The moderators are obviously an issue. They’ve been an issue in every presidential debate of my lifetime. Speaking of Kasie Hunt, this is not somebody who doesn’t have a political dog in the fight here. A couple of years ago she mocked Rand Paul after he got pummeled by a neighbor, saying, “New details today on the incident that left Senator Rand Paul with six broken ribs. This might be one of my favorite stories… ” But don’t worry. There’s no bias in the media. CNN put out a statement saying, “Jake Tapper and Dana Bash are well-respected veteran journalists who have covered politics for more than five decades combined. They have extensive experience moderating major political debates, including CNN’s Republican presidential primary debate this cycle. There are no two people better equipped to co-moderate a substantial and fact-based discussion.” Sure.

Biden Campaign: Florida Is No Longer A Swing State

President Joe Biden’s re-election campaign said this week that despite Biden’s previous claim that he believes Florida is in play for 2024, they do not believe that the state is winnable for Democrats this upcoming election cycle. Biden campaign chairperson Jen O’Malley Dillon was asked during an interview this week if the campaign believes that Florida is a battleground state. “No,” she responded. During a visit to the state in April, Biden said that he thought “Florida’s in play, nationally.” Democrats used to have an advantage of 300,000 more registered voters than Republicans when DeSantis took over as governor. However, under DeSantis’ leadership, Republicans are now closing in on having more than a million more registered voters than Democrats have. “For decades, Florida was the largest, most-important battleground state in presidential elections,” DeSantis posted on X this week in response to the Biden campaign acknowledging that the state is not winnable for Biden. “Today, even the Biden campaign acknowledges that those days are over,” he added. “Florida is not in play in 2024.” CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP Dan Kanninen, the campaign’s battleground states director, tried to reverse what Dillon said, claiming: “Florida is in play for President Biden and Democrats up and down the ballot.” Florida Democrat Party chairwoman Nikki Fried said that state Democrats were “not naive about the challenges ahead” for the party. DNC chairman Jamie Harrison claimed that “the planets are aligning” in such a way that “Florida is going to be in that mix” this fall.

Georgetown Law Prof Says U.S. Olympic Swim Team Is Proof Of Jim Crow ‘Legacy’

Georgetown Law Professor Janel George claimed that a photo of the 2024 United States Olympic swim team was proof of Jim Crow’s “legacy” that still survived decades later. George shared a photo of the team — decided after last week’s trials in Indianapolis, Indiana — and argued that the majority-white team was ultimately a result of segregated swimming pools. “When people say that Jim Crow was so long ago, it’s important to remember the lasting effects of segregated spaces — like segregated swimming pools — and the continued impact across generations. This visual reflects that legacy,” she said. How many black swimmers do they have? You do know that every single statistical disparity isn’t a result of racism, right?” one asked. Canada didn’t have Jim Crow. Trump Leads Biden In Georgia Ahead Of First Debate, Poll Finds

Trump Leads Biden In Georgia Ahead Of First Debate, Poll Finds

Former President Donald Trump holds a lead over President Joe Biden in Georgia, a crucial swing state, just before the two face off in the first presidential debate, a recent poll found. Trump holds a 5-point lead over the Democratic incumbent with the two garnering 43 percent and 38 percent of likely Georgia voters, the Atlanta-Journal Constitution poll found. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. came in third at nine percent, the poll also found, while eight percent said that they were undecided. One percent said that they would not vote, while another one percent said they will vote for Libertarian Chase Oliver, and another one percent said they will vote for a different candidate. The battleground state, which is worth 16 electoral votes, could play a decisive role in the outcome of the 2024 presidential election, which will be held on Tuesday, November 5th. The poll comes just days before Trump and Biden face off in the first presidential debate of the election cycle, which will be held in Atlanta, Georgia this Thursday, June 27th. A series of different polls have recently found that the Democratic incumbent may be faltering in other crucial swing states as well. One May poll from Bloomberg News and the Morning Consult found that Trump was leading Biden in five of the seven swing states and is tied in a sixth. The survey revealed that Trump was up by five points in Arizona, seven points in North Carolina, and two points in Pennsylvania, as well as one point in Wisconsin. It also found that he was up by three points in Georgia, a smaller margin than the five-point gap in the Atlanta-Constitution Journal survey. Meanwhile, an ABC News/Ipsos poll recently found that voters trust Trump to handle the economy, immigration, and crime more than they trust Biden on those same topics. The three issues are set to be some of the top concerns among voters in the presidential election. A wider share of voters also indicated that they approve of Trump’s performance in office compared to Biden’s, one Harvard Harris poll revealed. Biden has performed particularly poorly on his handling of the border and immigration. One poll on behalf of Newsweek by Redfield and Wilton Strategies found that just a meager 20 percent of eligible voters believe that the United States currently has control over its own borders. A different poll, this one performed by Harvard Harris in conjunction with the Center for American Political Studies found that only 36 percent of voters approve of Biden’s handling of immigration, making it the incumbent Democrat’s lowest issue-specific approval rating for the fourth month in a row.

Marvel Star Jeremy Renner Talks About His Career After Near Fatal Snow Plow Accident

Marvel star Jeremy Renner talked about his career following the near-fatal snow plow accident near his Nevada home — and he admitted he doesn’t have the “fuel” for “challenging” roles. During the 53-year-old actor’s recent appearance on the “Smartless” podcast, Renner talked about the roles he took on before his accident and said that nowadays he has to use all his energy to continue healing his body. In January 2023, Renner was nearly crushed under a 14,300-pound snowcat in an accident. Over the last year, he’s undergone extensive therapy in order to recover from the accident that left him with more than 30 broken bones. “I just don’t have the energy for it. I don’t have the fuel,” Renner said. “I have so much fuel to put into this reality, this body, all this stuff. I can’t just go play make-believe right now.” “Because that takes a lot of time to get right here every day just so I can, you know, have a positive thought, so I can progress, so I can always keep growing,” he added. Jeremy Renner’s revelations regarding his work, after recovering from his accident. Listen to the whole podcast on the link below. ?#jeremyrenner #smartlesshttps://t.co/GY6upMrvfV pic.twitter.com/dpus93sIoR — Rennerland (@rennerland) June 25, 2024 Renner — who previously took on roles in action-packed thrillers like “Mission Impossible” movies and Marvel’s “Avenger” franchise films — recently went back to work on the hit TV series “Mayor of Kingstown” and admitted going back made him “very terrified.” “Because I’m to do, like, f**king fiction? I’m still trying to live in reality, I’m trying to live,” Renner said. “So it was a hard line for me to cross.” “Yeah, it was a big stretch. It was very, very challenging for me mentally to get over that hump,” he added. “To like, and I still struggle with it sometimes too, like, I don’t take it super seriously. I’m in a character that I can do very well and I know the show very well, so it was easy for me to kind of slide back into it.” “But if it was a very challenging role, I couldn’t have taken it,” the actor continued. “Not challenging in the sense that — because the show’s challenging, but it’s if I had to go play Dahmer or something, something so far from me.” The actor recently talked about the life-threatening injuries he sustained in the accident and said, “Not one doctor, early on, said ‘You’re gonna pull through, you’re gonna be able to see again, you’re gonna be able to walk again, you’re gonna be able to breathe right, you’re gonna be able to talk,’” The Hollywood Reporter noted. “No one gave me anything,” he added. “I think they were all communicating with my family. And I feel like if they didn’t tell me it must have been pretty bleak.” “The Avengers” star said when he heard there would be limitations to his recovery, it had only fueled him to get back on his feet faster.
