Kansas AG Files Lawsuit Against Pfizer Over COVID Vaccine

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach has become the second state attorney general to sue the pharmaceutical company Pfizer over the COVID vaccine the company provided. On Monday, Kobach announced the lawsuit at a press conference in Topeka. “Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth,” Kobach said. The lawsuit states, “Pfizer misled the public that it had a ‘safe and effective’ COVID-19 vaccine. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public.” Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants,” the lawsuit continues. “Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine would prevent transmission of COVID-19 even though it knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of COVID-19. To keep the public from learning the truth, Pfizer worked to censor speech on social media that questioned Pfizer’s claims about its COVID-19 vaccine. … Pfizer must be held accountable for falsely representing the benefits of its COVID- 19 vaccine while concealing and suppressing the truth about its vaccine’s safety risks, waning effectiveness, and inability to prevent transmission.” Pfizer released the following statement in response to the lawsuit: We are proud to have developed the COVID-19 vaccine in record time in the midst of a global pandemic and saved countless lives. The representations made by Pfizer about its COVID-19 vaccine have been accurate and science-based. The Company believes that the state’s case has no merit and will respond to the suit in due course. Pfizer is deeply committed to the well-being of the patients it serves and has no higher priority than ensuring the safety and effectiveness of its treatments and vaccines. Since its initial authorization by FDA in December 2020, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine has been administered to more than 1.5 billion people, demonstrated a favorable safety profile in all age groups, and helped protect against severe COVID-19 outcomes, including hospitalization and death. Patient safety is our number one priority, which is why we follow diligent safety and monitoring protocols. Last November, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against Pfizer.

Elon Musk advocates for ditching electronic voting machines, using paper ballots

Business magnate Elon Musk has expressed the view that paper ballots, not electronic voting machines, should be used in elections."We should eliminate electronic voting machines. The risk of being hacked by humans or AI, while small, is still too high," he tweeted.'This absolutely needs to happen.'Musk made the comment in response to a post in which independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. called for utilizing paper ballots."US citizens need to know that every one of their votes were counted, and that their elections cannot be hacked. We need to return to paper ballots to avoid electronic interference with elections," Kennedy declared. "My administration will require paper ballots and we will guarantee honest and fair elections." — (@) Republican Sen. Mike Lee of Utah advocated for using paper ballots and holding the vote on a single day."Counting ballots just isn’t that hard. Neither is showing up to vote on Election Day. Let's go back to paper ballots. And everyone voting on the same day. Who's in?" he wrote.Musk agreed, tweeting, "This absolutely needs to happen."Musk tweeted in March that he believes the nation will be "toast" without a "red wave." The term refers to a raft of Republican wins in election contests."I voted 100% Dem until a few years ago. Now, I think we need a red wave or America is toast," he wrote.Like Blaze News? Missing Persons, Cold Cases & Human Trafficking
New York's Dark Side · ·
Karen Louise Wilson was last seen on March 27, 1985. A 22-year-old senior at SUNY Albany, Karen was seen leaving a tanning salon in Albany on Central Avenue at around 7:20 pm. Three separate witnesses would come forward with statements that they had seen a person matching Karen's description walking down Fuller Road. One of the witnesses was able to give a description that led to a composite sketch of a young man said to have approached her near the intersection of Fuller Road and Washington Avenue. 39 years later, there are still no answers to what happened to Karen Wilson.
At the time of her disappearance, Karen was 5'03'' and 114 lbs. She had brown eye and brown hair. She was last seen wearing faded blue Levi’s jeans, a light blue short-sleeved Izod golf shirt, a cream-colored women’s raincoat, white sneakers, a fourteen-karat gold ring with a blue zircon, and a Seiko watch with a black face. She was carrying a gray cloth pocketbook and may have also been carrying a blue knapsack.
If you have any information regarding the disappearance or whereabouts of Karen Louise Wilson, please contact the New York State Police at Troop G Headquarters at (518) 783-3212

We Spent a Billion Dollars Fighting the Houthis…and Lost

The following article, We Spent a Billion Dollars Fighting the Houthis…and Lost, was first published on Conservative Firing Line. Why does it seem the Pentagon is far better at spending money than actually putting together a successful operation? The failed “Operation Prosperity Guardian” and the disastrous floating Gaza pier are but two recent examples of enormously expensive initiatives that, though they no-doubt enriched military contractors, were incapable of meeting their stated goals. To great … Continue reading We Spent a Billion Dollars Fighting the Houthis…and Lost ...
